Great place to stay in Spandau
Pros:

Very clean, comfortable mattress, great staff and a nice little garden, plenty of parking around and paid parking was available as well.

Es ist wirklich ein sehr schönes Hotel.Sauber und gepflegt.Wir hatten das Hotel zum zweiten mal gebucht und sind sehr zufrieden mit den Service und auch das Personal war super freundlich.Das Frühstück war sehr vielseitig und ausreichend.Wir empfehlen das Hotel sehr gerne weiter.Macht weiter so 👍

Die Zimmer waren sehr schön

Cons:

Einfach das Preisleistungs Verhältnis, man Zahlt 18€ fürs Frühstück, was total schlecht ist. Es gab keine Frischen Semmeln nur Aufgebackene, wenig Auswahl, der Kaffee war furchbar dünn es gab kaum Alternativen außer Tee, der Saft war alle. Am ersten Morgen war vieles leer und die Mitarbeiter kamen nicht hinter her mit nachlegen oder aufräumen und da war nichts los im Frühstücksraum. Wir fragt uns wie man auf 18€ fürs Frühstück kommt, bei so einen schlechten Servic.

Es gibt Mitarbeiter total nett und zuvorkommend, dann gibt es welche die sind sehr unhöflich, haben sich den Problem nicht angenommen sondern nur mit ausreden gekommen. Auch hier war der Service für uns schlecht, sehr schade.

Denn das Hotel hat wirklich schöne Zimmer und die Sauberkeit war top.

Also wir würden nicht noch mal dort Urlaub machen wollen.
