It was an ideal stay, old-world Boston prestige with modern comfort.
Pros:

The property blends classic New England elegance with contemporary luxury, giving it a refined but warm atmosphere. The room size is very comfortable too.
And David, the gentleman at the concierge was so kind and helpful- just what only an old charm luxurious hotel would need.

So lovely ! Would redo in a heart beat !
Pros:

Superlative and considerate staff, centrally located, beautiful room. My son said he had “the best burger in his life,” in the restaurant. High praise! The coffee and tea were delicious!

Cons:

Would have been nice to have a business/work center space aside from public lobby.

A luxurious and comfortable base for us to explore Boston.
Pros:

All of the facilities were excellent, the Langham Club was a particular high point. Our room was beautiful and furnished very tastefully. All staff members were extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely stay at a Langham Hotel in future.

Cons:

Very shallow bath and a shower but these were only a minor minus point.

What a lovely stay!
Pros:

Top notch service from D in reservations even before we arrived. Beautiful, immaculate rooms and professional warm experience all around. The Fed and Grana were delightful.
