The Langham, Boston

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous and the rooms are very clean, spacious and beautifully appointed. The staff was so friendly and helpful and the concierge service was incredible! Every meal from room service was delicious and the front desk had cupcakes and champagne sent to our room, when they found out it was my birthday. The location is exceptional and within walking distance to so many interesting places and things to do! We will definitely be returning!

We stayed in the Langham Boston for 9 glorious nights in June during the World Cup... Every aspect of our stay was fabulous.

We absolutely must mention the exceptional staff in the Club Lounge... Michael the manager and the whole team without exception made us feel so welcomed, cared for, and more than that .... Each and every one made us feel comfortable and at home in their wonderful lounge!...
The effort to ensure I had sufficient gluten free options was truly above and beyond... The food throughout our stay was delicious!!

The housekeeping staff maintained our room every day to such a high standard... These ladies completed their routine always with a smile on their faces.

The hotel is ideally situated in a beautiful area of wonderful Boston...a short walk in various directions takes you to all the major areas. Boston really is an easy city to navigate and I must say that we always felt safe on our travels around town and out to surrounding lovely towns via rail and ferry.
{Lounge staff were also great travel agents for the city and surrounding area advising where to visit and how to get there}..

The rooms, facilities, restaurant, bar, pool area etc are all top notch...

There are no negatives associated with The Langham.

My husband and I had a fabulous stay at The Langham in Boston. Outstanding service from the concierge and front desk to the dining and housekeeping staff. They are so welcoming and helpful, the hotel is immaculate, suites are grand, with all the right touches for a 50 year anniversary celebration. We recommend it highly!

Langham needs to revise this issues, you can not close the bar at 10.30, and there is not a room services 24 hours, this is not service sorry at Langham.

Second time staying the hotel is top class. The staff help make the place what it is

We had an amazing experience @ The Langham in Boston. Beautiful hotel from top to bottom. The dining options were amazing. We will definitely return for the next Boston trip!

Overall, just not worth it. When we checked in the staff did not recognize that we had reserved club lounge access room so whenever we tried to enter into the lounge, the key didn’twork and we had to go back and pointed out to them. The restaurant has nowhere you can eat between 2 to 3 PM. The food and amenities offered in the club route lounge just really aren’t worth it. The lobby consistently ran out of coffee and was not refilled for the morning. Just multiple ways the hotel dropped the ball when it is advertised and priced for a five star experience. We have stayed at the Langham several times in Chicago and it is a much better experience.

Elevators down for the second stay I have had at this property, hot water wasn't working and it took 4 calls to front desk and missing our dinner reservations to resolve. New room was dusty, no room service the next day, not a great experience, really expected more.

Great experience! Beautiful hotel, great location, staff was exceptional! For example, my girls wanted to send postcards home to SC, Bwiza (hopefully I spelt that right) she created custom postcards and made our girls day! Would definitely stay here again.
