A comfortable stay that had some pricey accommodations.
Pros:

The room was able to cool properly and comfortably maintain its temperature, the TV was easily accessible and had more features than I was expecting including but not limited to Bluetooth connection. The bed was also quite comfy.

Cons:

The breakfast was pricey considering how little the portions were. The payment for parking wasn't properly explained at first and also seemed a bit pricey considering how many guests are in the hotel that go in and out during their stay.

Staff excellent, room not so much.
Pros:

Mark at the front desk and the whole staff here were excellent.
The room was very humid, a bed sheet was shorted (didn’t reach the foot of the bed), the door was difficult to open, the bathroom sink clogged and the TV audio was not in sync.

Mike truly was heaven sent, great with client facing, he understands customer service and truly how to leave an impression and to be honest your whole staff here is phenomenal parking people are great very welcoming maids very polite I will always book here from now on.

Excellent family stay during World Cup
Pros:

Amazing experience at the Courtyard in Buckhead. The best part was the attentive and excellent staff. Starting from Mark at check in who was very kind and helpful. The ladies at the Bistro gave us the best service, the breakfast was delicious. The room was spacious and clean. The location was perfect as it was very close to the Marta station as we were attending a World Cup game.

Amazing customer service
Pros:

Krysta and Mike were absolutely amazing. Mike was awesome from when we first pulled up to valet. I could not tell that it was his first day, he was very helpful. Krysta was very helpful when we ran into some issues later on. 5 star service from these two. Hope to see them again when we return.
