Cons:

Very bare-bones. I don’t mind the walk-mounted toiletries , but that was it. Not even a note pad and pen or a shower cap.

Great place to stay for friendly staff and excellent accomodations.
Pros:

Because of our schedule we did not have breakfast. But just viewing the dining area the breakfast items it appeared to be something we would have been ok with.. The front staff were super helpful and very pleasant to talk to. The room accommodations were excellent. Very clean. Overall we were very pleased with our overnight stay.

Pros:

The location was near Biltmore Estates. It was easy to access off the highway. Parking was near the building.

The staff was friendly and made a personal connection at check-in.

The hotel was not damaged from the recent flooding in the Asheville area.

Cons:

The water pressure in the shower was non-existent. Due to time restraints in the morning, I was unable to report the issue to the management. However, I did let the hotel know about it, to which I received a reply which I considered rude.

Breakfast was awesome and the orange lemon water Was wonderful! I have never stayed in a more quieter, more comfortable, more cleaner, almost sterile looking hotel in every aspect, with such a helpful nice staff! On a 1-10 scale we nurses gave you 10+! Thank you for everything! Hey HAMPTON INN CEO! THIS HAMPTON INN NEEDS A CONSIDERABLE RAISE!

The workers were extremely kind and welcoming. My dogs thought they were rockstars going through the public areas of the hotel. Great location to stay to visit the Biltmore. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

A gluten free option for pancakes or waffles would be amazing. Or even a gluten free muffin. It would have been helpful to get the discount code to the Biltmore sooner. I had already purchased my Biltmore tickets when I received the discount code. You could advertise that you will provide a discount to the Biltmore if you book a stay.
