Overall nice hotel. Room was very cold. I recommend purified water instead of spring for the rooms. Also needs more rack

Stafff were helpful and nice.

Cons:

That breakfast wasn’t included.
Didn’t know that they come in room for cleaning.
Didn’t have a full shower as stated on pictures.
Bathrooms are small.

Met All Our Needs for a One-Night Stay
Pros:

After checking in, we were pleasantly surprised when we stepped out of the elevator and discovered the building's spacious atrium. Our room, one of the larger end ones, was not a "true" suite -- the desk and bathroom are accessible only through the bedroom door -- but since there were only two of us it met all our needs. The restaurant area was rather plain and small, with a modest menu; but we enjoyed room our room service meals, which we could comfortably eat on the suite's sizable couch (see photo 15 of "Room & Suite" in TripAdvisor).
