Sehr gute Lage für Konzerte und super Frühstück.
Pros:

Die Lage nahe der Jahrhunderthalle war der Grund der Buchung und das hat sich auch als sehr gut erwiesen.
Das Frühstück war sowohl von der Auswahl als auch den sehr freundlichen und aufmerksamen Mitarbeitenden überragend.

Cons:

Die Einrichtung war in unserem Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen und könnte eine Überarbeitung gebrauchen.

Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet alles, was man für einen gelungenen Start in den Tag benötigt. Die Auswahl ist gut und die Qualität hat mich überzeugt. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das Personal: Alle Mitarbeitenden waren ausgesprochen freundlich, zuvorkommend und stets bemüht, individuelle Wünsche zu erfüllen, sofern dies im Rahmen ihrer Möglichkeiten lag. Man fühlt sich als Gast wirklich willkommen.

Cons:

Einen objektiven Kritikpunkt am Hotel kann ich nicht nennen. Mein einziger kleiner Minuspunkt ist rein persönlicher Natur: Da ich zu Hause auf einem Wasserbett schlafe, empfand ich die Matratze als etwas zu fest. Das ist jedoch ausschließlich meinem persönlichen Komfortempfinden geschuldet und stellt keine Abwertung des Hotels dar. Wer festere Matratzen bevorzugt, wird hier vermutlich sogar sehr gut schlafen.
