Perfect location on Cornell's campus. Easy access to attractions near Ithaca. Rooms are spacious and well designed. Service is good led by students in the Hotel School.
I have stayed here about 5 times. Always delivers. However, I wish that the property would treat returning guests with some degree of benefits and recognition.
Clean
Excellent Stay. Staff and Students are friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the food was delicious. Highly recommended. Thanks everyone at The Statler and Cornell.
The bedding, blankets, and towels were exceptionally clean and well maintained. In many hotels, even luxury ones, you often find pilling or signs of wear on the bedding and towels, but everything here was in perfect condition.
I have stayed at many hotels, and this is truly the best one I have ever experienced. Most five-star hotels offer a similar level of service and facilities, but this hotel stands out in a remarkable way. The quality and cleanliness of the bedding and towels are simply world-class and, in my opinion, among the best in the world.
The whole experience was great, food, campus , staff, the persons who give us the tours amazing guy very knowledgeable We were very happy
There's more exciting than staying in a campus hotel run by students. Everyone was friendly, and the service was terrific.
the rooms were showing their wear and tear, but were clean and comfy!
Easy access to campus, easy parking, friendly staff
It’s great because it’s on campus and the students are working there.
The service is a little off at the restaurant at the bar but very friendly.
Location, view
My daughter had to take a summer course because she didn't have the right number of credits for the time she was scheduled to graduate. I wanted to visit her and I figured after commencement I'd likely find the campus quieter and reservations easier to get. I got the reservation on the first attempt, didn't have to fuss with the schedule, and there was even a discount. The room was delightfully comfortable and even had a view. I could show up at the dining room without a reservation and get a table with my daughter at our convenience. We ate extremely well, "maybe" the food would have been better in Paris, but maybe not! A lot of the staff were students but their inexperience, if any, didn't show. The maids were elegantly uniformed, I hope they weren't uncomfortable.
Perfect location since we were visiting Cornell.
