Pros:

A lovely old fashioned hotel, very comfortable and in an excellent location.

Cons:

Excellent location, really lovely hotel and the room was spacious and very comfortable with lovely furniture and large bathrooms.

Very nice classic hotel
Pros:

Location, style and staff. A very nice classic hotel, very close to the Gran Via and Museo de Bellas Artes. Our experience was troubled by Vueling losing our suitcases, but a great Thanks to Giuseppe and especially Laura at the reception for trying to give us a had that.

Cons:

The room only had a small window and air o did not work because “it was still set at heating”. No water in the room, only at room service or the bar.

Le parking supplémentaire qui n‘est pas très loin si le parking du Carlton est plein

Cons:

L’insonorisation est inexistante entre les chambres. Je pouvais entendre la conversation téléphonique de mon fils qui était dans la chambre adjacente.
La réception qui ne nous avait pas parlé de ce parking supplémentaire - je l‘ai lu dans les papiers dans la chambre.
La réception: Il a aussi fallu qu‘on demande 3x pour obtenir un câble HDMI. La première fois, mon fils de 23 ans avait demandé - et la réponse de la réception: il y a un supermarché à 300m, vous n‘avez qu’à aller en acheter un. Ce n’est pas ce qu‘on attend de la réception d‘un 5 étoiles - et la demande n’était pas folle - avec les salles de meeting, ça doit être possible - et ça l’était même si nous avons du demande 3 fois.
