Really nice hotel
Everything was great
We used the Omni Charlottesville for our wedding room block. They were fantastic to work with! Very thoughtful and thorough. The hotel was immaculate – great rooms and common areas. The employees were all super kind. And they were very supportive with logistics surrounding our wedding (e.g., guests, bus pickup, etc.). Would recommend for any Charlottesville stay and especially for your wedding needs!
Great experience overall. Staff were very welcoming and provided information about the hotel and restaurant. The location is perfect as ypu can walk out right into the downtown area of Charlottesville. Rooms were well maintained and clean. Overall, an excellent stay and fantastic location.

My stay at the Charlottesville Omni was great. My room was clean and the area was quiet and relaxing. The restaurant offered enough options so I didn't feel I needed to leave the hotel to have a good meal. Location was perfect for my business visit, close to work but also located downtown. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The location was ideal to get to everything in downtown mall and the atrium and the inside of the hotel were just wonderful to spend time
Great location! Staff were so kind!
During our stay, we discovered cockroaches in our room. We immediately notified the front desk, and while the staff was courteous and agreed to move us, we spent a significant portion of the day waiting for another room to become available and then moving all of our belongings.
While I appreciate that the hotel moved us to another room once the issue was reported, the lost day could not be replaced. The experience had a meaningful impact on our vacation, and I would appreciate if the hotel would consider an appropriate resolution in light of the circumstances.
Beautiful hotel in a great location. Beautiful bar and restaurant. Within walking distance to shops and dining. Spacious rooms with very comfortable beds and quiet.
