Staying at this hotel is a good idea
Pros:

We really enjoyed the hotel: excellent location to venture out to see attractions in the area and to stroll at the downtown mall. Room is clean and comfortable, and the drinks at the bar are memorable!

Great experience overall. I would stay there again for corporate travel.
Pros:

Decor is nice. Bathroom is nice. The thermostat worked well. The sink drain worked "fairly well." The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean.

Cons:

I had an email receipt sent and the PDF attachment didn't have any charges on it. The skincare products have too much fragrance.

Pros:

Many great things, nice lobby, hotel customer service was great when we checked in and when we got to our room which had a strong perfume fragrance, they switched us to another room without a problem. The room we were switched to was was not as nice as the first, which was disappointing. It smelled very musty/ moldy. The room appeared clean but I had to take the Bible from my toddler when I saw it was covered in white powder. The front desk never answered the several times we called about extra towels. The restaurant never picked up when we called for room service. When I went down to the restaurant, I wasn’t acknowledged and sat myself and no one ever came to take an order. When I asked the man at the bar how to order he said to have a seat but I never received service and had to leave the hotel to eat. While in the pool, the maintenance man was testing the water and I could overhear him talking with another employee about how the levels were off - not the most reassuring when swimming, especially with your child. We were excited to stay at this hotel and left feeling disappointed.

Nice visit at the Omni
Pros:

We chose the hotel for our two-night stay in Charlottesville because it was located near historic sites we wanted to visit and also walking distance to shops and restaurants. The rooms were clean and hotel decor very nice. The staff helpful and friendly. We ate breakfast at the hotel and it was delicious.

There were a few minor housekeeping issues, which required followup, but the biggest issue for me was the extremely soft, squishy bed pillows: unbelievably soft! Also the air conditioning unit was rather noisy. So, if you are a sound sleeper and don't care about soft pillows you need not worry.

worth the trip and stay!!
Pros:

very clean hotel. staff is super friendly and helpful. great location to dining and things to do. we especially liked the items from virginia section at the desk, where you can purchase items made in the state. the ambiance was so beautiful and relaxing. we cannot wait to book again!!
