Great location, need some fresh look!

Os travesseiros estavam empoeirados e a limpeza deixou a desejar. O serviço impecável e o requinte do restaurante não existem mais. No geral, o hotel deixou de ser um hotel-boutique em que você se sentia num 5 estrelas para se tornar um hotel comercial

Pros:

Отель супер, очень комфортный. Двойное остекление окон не пропускает шум с дороги. Спа центр хорошего уровня с небольшой загруженностью. Очень приветливый персонал, отдельное спасибо Лилит, помогла во всё разобраться, сделать транспортную карту (бесплатно от отеля), распечатать посадочные и проконсультировать по местным достопримечательностям. Требуем премию для неё!🙂

Pros:

The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The decor is excellent and I loved the piano in the bar in the evening.
I ate there one evening and dinner was very good.

Zimmerdesign und Sauberkeit

Cons:

Hauseigenes Parking kostet 50 Franken pro Nacht. Das ist soweit okay, aber dafür erwarten wir einen entsprechenden Service. Wir haben eine halbe Stunde gewartet, bis uns das Auto gebracht wurde, trotz mehrmaligem nachfragen. Absolutes No-Go.

In der Lounge/Bar tranken wir nach 11 Uhr vormittags Kaffee, die Angestellte hat währenddessen um uns herum gestaubsaugt.
