Cons:

Parking information was not provided adequately. It Wouk be nice if you can sent your guest a geolocation along with pictures of the parking garage as your hotel is located centrally and we have to double park for more than 5 min.

Excellent!
Pros:

The location was perfect, only a 15 minute walk to the lake and 5 minute walk to the main train station. The room was spacious and clean and very comfortable. I did not try the breakfast so I cannot rate it. The reception staff were very welcoming and professional.

Cons:

The elevator was small and only two were available to service the whole hotel, so we waited a while for the elevator but of course there were stairs for those of us who wanted to do some exercise.

Okay for one night.
Pros:

Comfortable bed.

Cons:

- VERY expensive for the breakfast & very bad quality. Not worth it, eat somewhere else.
- Ridiculously expensive for the carpark.
- Carpet in the room was very filthy.

Pros:

Nice terrace

Cons:

The electric shutter in the terrace did not work so we had no shade. The room was underwhelming, very old decoration. The paint on the door in the bathroom was peeling. Nothing you would expect for a junior suite in a four stars hotel.

Cons:

le choix du petit déjeuner était très limité qui correspond pas aux standards de l'hotel. En plus, le personnel en charge du petit dejeuner a été très impolie.
