Très bon accueil malgré mon arrivée tardive. Respect de mon souhait d’avoir un lit double, bien que voyageant seule, ce qui n’est pas toujours évident dans un hôtel situé à proximité de la gare Cornavin. Agréable surprise avec un surclassement : chambre au 8ᵉ étage avec vue sur le Jet d’Eau et terrasse. Merci à toute l’équipe pour sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme. Je recommande cet hôtel.

Paid way too much for a very uncomfortable and dirty room.

Paid EUR 600 for 2 night - quality and service were bad. Temperatures were >30° and the airconditioning was broken (which the hotel knew because they forced the blower at full speed). I sent them a complaint but got no response. Our stay was very uncomfortable due to the heat.

In addition there were a lot of bugs in the room (and also in the bed).

The minibar was not complete. If we did not check this, we probably would have been charged for it.

I would like to express my appreciation for the excellent facilities and the overall quality of my stay. I would also like to commend the hotel team, especially the reception staff, for their professionalism, friendliness, and outstanding service.

In addition, I was pleased to find a bidet spray in the bathroom, and the water pressure was very good. The air conditioning in the room also worked well; however, I would appreciate it if the cooling level could be enhanced further to provide an even more comfortable experience.

Thank you for your hospitality, and I look forward to staying with you again.

Todo, habitacion amplia y limpia, camas comodisimas, despues de 1 semana sin parar x Suiza se agradecen estas camas, y el desayuno, de los mejores que he probado en Suiza, mucha fruta, melon, melocoton, platanos.... salmon, queso fresco...tantas cosas ricas!, chicas majisimas en recepcion.

Entspannend und erholsam.
Pros:

Im Zimmer gab es nette Aufmerksamkeiten, wie z. B. Ein Stifterl Wein, 2 Äpfel, Wasser und eine Schokolade. Zum Abschied bekamen wir noch ein Wasser und zwei Müsliriegel.
Das Zimmer hatte eine sehr angenehme Größe, wir wohnten im 8. Stock und hatten eine tolle Aussicht und einen Balkon.
