Pros:

The hotel has a charm about it that attracts return visits. We stayed in the Executive suite facing the garden behind the hotel. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and very willing to go the extra mile.

Cons:

The garden was a bit noisy in the evening.

Pros:

Хороший сервис, отдельная частная парковка, очень дружелюбный персонал, видно, что стараются все независимо от смены. Нам предложили номер на уровень выше, что было очень приятно. Отличный вид из отеля. В общем, отель не разочаровал.

Cons:

Один балл снимаем за синтетические одеяла, тк спать было очень некомфортно и из-за этого не высыпались. Отдыхали в более бюджетных отелях Праги и с этой стороны было всё отлично, поэтому и удивлены. И один балл снимаем за однообразный завтрак, мы были 3 раза и всё как "под копирку"; выпечка очень примитивная и невкусная, самая дешевая,ни чизкейка, ни брауни, никаких более или менее вкусных кухенов. В друхих отелях старались разнообразить выпечку.

Csodálatos Prága
Pros:

Egy nagyon korrekt, komfortos, tiszta, jó hangulatú szállás. Tisztaság, reggeli, ágy kiemelten jó. Ár-érték arányban kiváló. Welcome és búcsú ajándékok.

Cons:

Nekem gyalog kicsit messze van a belvárostól, kb. 1 óra séta. A tömegközlekedés viszont szuper, aki nen sétálva menne be a városba. Parkolóban délután már nehéz helyet találni.

Können dieses traditionelle Hotel auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Zimmer ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Einziges Manko ist die nicht ausreichende Beleuchtung im Bad. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat alle auftretenden Fragen gut beantwortet.
Gute Verkehrsanbindung in die Altstadt und zur Karlsbrücke.

Cons:

Bei einem Aufenthalt in der Hotelbar spielte ein Pianist. Leider war die Lautstärke für einen entspannten Aufenthalt viel zu laut.
Wir mussten auch die Qualtät der angebotenen Snacks beanstanden.

Absolutely fabulous. I'll be retuning!
Pros:

The staff were absolutely outstanding. It really felt like they were happy to go out of their way to make you feel welcomed and comfortable. Free prosecco on check-in was a lovely bonus after the flight!

The hotel itself is magnificent. Of an age, but still grandiose and very well-maintained. It didn't feel "stuck in the past" as many hotels of similar age do.

Great location. Not a whole lot to do locally (for a tourist, at least) but the area itself was quiet and accessible to the old town within a 20-25 minute tram ride, which is one of the best things to do in Prague anyway! It's a 20min taxi ride to the airport, costing €12–€14 with Bolt.

Comfortable, clean, spacious, and elegant rooms. Again, of an age, but it didn't feel like anything was falling apart or had "seen better days." (Other than the bathtub, which was *ever so slightly* dated.)

Great breakfast buffet with good choice. Not a lot of variation between days, but it's hard to complain when they offer such a wide selection of hot food, cereal, coffee, juice, pastries etc to begin with.

An excellent, well-stocked minibar!

Cons:

The Wi-Fi in my room didn't work, starting from the second day. After I notified reception, they sent someone up to investigate, but it was still not working when I returned to my room later in the day. A relatively minor inconvenience, but an inconvenience nonetheless.

Not the hotel's fault, and this did not impact my rating: There was family with a child in the room opposite mine who would yell and cry every night (and during the day). Luck of the draw, I guess!

Immer wieder gerne!
Pros:

Sehr freundliches, mehrsprachiges Personal! Ein Wasser und Parken ist idR im Preis mit inbegriffen; einfach nachfragen.

Cons:

Man könnte sich an dem "kontinentalen" Einrichtungsstil stören, aber es ist eben ein "Grand Hotel" und hat eine lange Historie, die es für mich eben auch sehr charmant macht.
