Hospitable and comfortable. Central to everything in Prague
Pros:

Breakfast is very long, so it is impossible to miss, and the food is equally good. There are a variety of options. The staff were hospitable as one would expect in a hospitality organisation. A quick mention goes to Angelina - She handles the check-in/check-out with grace like a pro.

Pros:

An outstanding stay from start to finish!

The hotel is beautiful, spotless, and in a great location. The tram stop is only a 5-minute walk away, with trams 8 and 18 running frequently to Prague's main attractions.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We were delighted to receive a complimentary upgrade to a spacious and beautiful room, free private parking, champagne in the lobby, and a large bottle of water in our room. Internet was fast.

The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options for every taste.

The little details made all the difference. At check-out, we even received a €20 voucher for any of their hotels worldwide, a souvenir magnet, and a bottle of wine.

Thank you for the amazing hospitality—we'll definitely be back! Highly recommended.

Pros:

S hotelom sme boli nadpriemerne spokojný. Čo sa týka raňajok všetko bolo vynikajúce a strašne veľký výber. Na izbe nás čakalo milé prekvapenie. Blízko do centra. Musím pochváliť personál ako sa vzorne starajú o hostí. Určite sa sem ešte vrátime.

WOW!
Pros:

Allt. Sköna sängar, trevlig personal och fantastisk frukost. Fin skybar med härlig utsikt och goda drinkar, både med och utan alkohol! Fin överraskning på rummet och bubbel i väntan på incheckning gjorde det lilla extra.
Åt på Symphoni när vi kom och maten var toppen, servicen likaså.

Cons:

Pool hade varit det där lilla extra och väldigt uppskattat.

Bra vistelse 2 nätter.
Pros:

Rent och välstädat. Hjälpsam personal. Nära till spårvagnshållplats så man smidigt kunde ta sig dit man ville.

An exceptional hotel with outstanding service. The staff at the reception were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional throughout our stay. The bars were excellent, especially the Grand Bar on the top floor, which offers breathtaking panoramic views of Prague. The prices were very reasonable, and the cleanliness was truly outstanding—the entire hotel was spotless. Without a doubt, this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. I would highly recommend it.

Exceptional Hospitality
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay! The professionalism of the staff, especially Dimitry, Victoria, and Ila, made our experience exceptional. They were warm, friendly, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. They patiently answered all of our questions and provided clear guidance throughout both the check-in and check-out process.

The hotel was spotless, and we were impressed by how clean all the restrooms were. The food was delicious, the location was perfect, and everything was conveniently accessible.

A special touch was being able to watch the FIFA matches in the reception area, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly appreciated the excellent service and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

Absoluut perfect!
Pros:

Superfijne overnachting gehad hier en heerlijk ontbijt! Het was gewoon jammer dat we maar 1 nacht in Praag bleven, want hier zou je met veel plezier wat meer tijd doorbrengen. Het personeel is erg attent. Vasil stond ons vriendelijk te woord aan de receptie. We kregen een gratis kamerupgrade. De kamer was comfortabel en erg schoon. Het had een luxe uitstraling, evenals de rest van het hotel. We kregen flesjes water, een cake, wijn en zelfs een leuke magneet als herinnering. Het hotel ligt vlakbij de tramhalte en reizen naar Old Town duurde slechts een minuut of 12. Op onze dag van vertrek mochten we na het uitchecken de auto laten staan en onze koffers achterlaten, om zo nog een bezoek te kunnen brengen aan de prachtige kathedraal van Praag. Als we ooit weer in Praag zijn komen we zeker terug. En de beveiliger van de parkeerplaats was een superlieve man!
