Pros:

Good , impressive building , very helpful staff , got upgraded to a family room from a triple room
The rooms need little renovation/ refurbishment

Cons:

The rooms are bit outdated ,
Breakfast needs to have some new items on daily bases rather than having the same menu every day . Feels a bit boring and repetitive

The hotel was beautiful. The entry hall makes you feels like royalty coming in. Marble, brass and shiny tiled floors. A large hotel with almost 300 rooms.

Cons:

The booking.com pictures of the rooms with a Panorama view weren‘t actual. They must‘ve been taken from a side corner of a window… it‘s not possible to see what they show.
We even changed to another room and still not possible. On both floors where we were there was a strong smell of cleaners. Not unbearable, but it didn‘t go away…

Frühstück war vielseitig und sehr gut.
Die Altstadt war mit der Straßenbahn in fünfzehn Minuten zu erreichen.

חדר נקי מאד , צוות מקסים

המלון מעוצב כמו פעם שזה יפה אבל צריך לשפר

Super ubytovanie v Prahe. Priateľský personál, užitočné zľavy na atrakcie, chutné a bohaté raňajky. Veľmi sa nám páčilo. Určite nie sme v hoteli Grand Internacional posledný raz 😊

Pros:

Super Lage, nicht direkt Altstadt aber eine gute Verkehrsanbindung. Auf der Dachterrasse einen schönen Ausblick über Prag und auf die Burg. Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Betten sind sehr gut und die Zimmer sauber und freundlich.

Cons:

Am Abend wurde in der Armstrong Bar live auf dem Flügel gespielt. Für meine Freundin und mich zu laut und nicht die richtigen Lieder.

Urokliwy pobyt w Pradze – idealne miejsce dla rodziny!

Pierwsze wrażenie i obsługa
Hotel już z zewnątrz robił piękne, niezwykle zachęcające wrażenie. Choć przyhotelowy parking jest dość mały i wydaje się nieco zaniedbany, bez problemu udało nam się znaleźć wolne miejsce. Prawdziwą perełką tego obiektu jest jednak przemiła obsługa. Zostaliśmy cudownie ugoszczeni już od progu – dzieci otrzymały na powitanie soczki, a my pamiątkowy magnes, dwie karty Prague Pass oraz praktyczną mapę z lokalnymi atrakcjami. Zarówno zameldowanie, jak i wymeldowanie przebiegło sprawnie i bez najmniejszych problemów.
Komfort i pokój
Wnętrze pokoju zachwyciło nas nienaganną czystością – żadnego zaduchu czy nieprzyjemnych zapachów. Ogromnym atutem był piękny widok z okna. Mieszkaliśmy na 11. piętrze, na które błyskawicznie dowoziły nas niezawodne windy. Łóżka okazały się niesamowicie wygodne; podwójne łoże małżeńskie było na tyle przestronne, że z łatwością wyspalibyśmy się w nim w czwórkę. W łazience czekał na nas kompletny zestaw ręczników (po dwie sztuki dla każdego gościa). Do dyspozycji mieliśmy również świetnie zaopatrzony barek, choć warto zaznaczyć, że ceny produktów są w nim dość wysokie.

Poranne posiłki to prawdziwy strzał w dziesiątkę! Wybór był ogromny, a wszystkie serwowane produkty zachwycały świeżością i smakiem. Rewelacyjnym pomysłem był specjalnie przygotowany stolik z przysmakami typowo dla dzieci, co każdego ranka sprawiało naszym pociechom mnóstwo radości.

Na plus jest bardzo blisko przystanek autobusowy i tramwajowy, duży market Kaufland i kilka knajpek.

Cons:

Wnętrze pokoju pozostawiało nieco do życzenia pod kątem dbałości o detale. Meble oraz akcesoria nosiły wyraźne ślady zużycia – dobrym przykładem mogą być mocno porysowane krzesła i lampy podłogowe. W pełni rozumiem zamysł utrzymania wystroju w specyficznej stylistyce retro z lat 80. i 90., jednak obecna w pokoju boazeria i ogólny stan wyposażenia nie prezentowały się najlepiej. Zdjęcia udostępnione na etapie rezerwacji sugerowały nieco wyższy standard i nowocześniejsze wykończenie. Jednak nie narzekaliśmy na to obsłudze, bo hotel służył nam tylko do noclegu i śniadania - całymi dniami nas nie było w pokoju.

Łazienka okazała się bardzo ciasna, a odczuwalnym problemem był brak odpowiedniej wentylacji. W tak niewielkiej przestrzeni o wiele bardziej funkcjonalnym i komfortowym rozwiązaniem byłaby kabina prysznicowa zamiast zamontowanej tam wanny.

Jeśli chodzi o sprzęty elektroniczne, odczuwalny był brak telewizora z funkcją Smart TV, co przy dzisiejszych standardach hotelowych powinno być już raczej normą. Brakowało mi też gniazdek w bardziej potrzebnych miejscach, np. przy szafce nocnej lub przy biurku. Zamiast tego gniazdko było w szafie lub obok łazienki. Brakowało też wejścia USB, co już powinno być standardem.

Τέλεια τοποθεσία, ακριβώς από έξω το τραμ κ πας κέντρο σε 10'. Άνετα δωμάτια κ τέλειο στρώμα κ μαξιλάρια.
Πολύ ωραίο πρωινό,το δωμάτιο πολύ ωραίο.
Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

Cons:

Ίσως θα χρειαζόταν μια μικρή ανακαίνιση σε κάποιους χώρους, παρόλα αυτά είναι πάρα πολύ ωραίο.
