Nice and clean, rather spacious room. The hotel is in a central location with several restaurants in walking distance, including nice spots for breakfast. Reception staff was kind and helpful.
There was an additional charge for parking.
Zentrale Lage. Geräumiges Zimmer mit bequemen Betten. Ausreichend Parkplätze im Freien vorhandenen. Restaurants und Flußpromenade mit Park fußläufig erreichbar
The ambience and spaciousness
Not much
Die Lage ist gut und man kann zu Fuß einkaufen gehen. Es gibt auch diverse Restaurants in der Nähe wobei das Essen im Hotel Restaurant einfach wunderbar war.
Der Service war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable with all that you would need.
The air-conditioning unit was very noisy at night time when it kicked in and there also seemed to be a generator somewhere near our room outside that was very noisy a few times during the night too.
The hotel was nice enough and location was good. Bar and restaurant staff were friendly, the was good and service was also good.
They nickel and dime you for everything. Very noisy in the mornings constant slamming of doors by housekeeping staff. Not housekeeping service to the room
over my three day stay even there was supposed to be. Received a parking ticket even though my car was supposed to be registered.
Dinner at the hotel was excellent.
Good spacious room
Raman went above and beyond to make our stay special. Right at check in he gave us water and electrolytes which came in handy!

The staff were professional and friendly from checkin to check out, while the rooms were spacious, clean and included a comfortable bed. Location was excellent as it was just one block away from the lacrosse arena so we could easily walk there as well as shopping and a great variety of restaurants!
A very minor issue was that parking was not included in the pricing and so this increased the cost by $20/day.
Staff were great and bar staff very friendly and helpful
Nice outdoor pool area on rooftop which was great in the sun
Breakfast was good, some large portions and great homemade local jam
Room was good, nice bathroom and easy parking on site
