We had a great experience at the Delta in Kamloops. Wonderful front reception. Went out of their way to help us with our requests, and talk to us about local routes and were really friendly.
The room was spacious and very clean. Good crisp linen.
Nice views over downtown and into the surrounding mountains.
The pool is wonderful - but can get rather busy in the evening. We found that a swim in the morning was wonderful and relaxing.
Enjoyed using the gym too.
Easy parking, and good area to load and unload luggage at start and end of stays.

Ich hatte noch nie ein Zimmer in dem es lauter war, Lüftungs Geräusche, ein die ganze Nacht durch brummendes Geräusch, der Bahnhof wo die ganze Nacht durch Züge hupen und pfeifen und im Hotel selber sind die Wände vermutlich aus Papier. Ich bin erstaunt wo hier positive Bewertungen herkommen. Für mich ist es das mit großen abstand das schlechteste Hotel in dem ich je war. Wir haben nach der ersten Nacht das Hotel verlassen obwohl wir mehr Nächte gebucht hatten.

On a hot day it was cool and refreshing. There were not wine glasses, mugs for hot drinks or any crockery or cultery in the room but these were provided on request. There was an ice machine and ice buckets. It was located in Downtown and close to shops and eatieries
The room was supposed to be suitable for a person with mobility limitations but there was not enough room between the end of the bed and someone sitting at the desk for another person to walk behind them. The bathroom design was poor - it was a walk in shower but definitely no room for anyone with mobility aids to access.
