Good quality hotel in an excellent location.
Pros:

The room had quality fixtures and fittings with a modern, contemporary feel. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Unfortunatley the elevator was not working on the day we departed which was inconvenient for carrying luggage.

Good location, updated property, be sure to ask for a room on the highest floor to avoid noise issues

Cons:

When we booked the room we specifically asked for quiet room on the highest floor away from any area that could be noisy. Upon arrival we discussed our request with the staff member. We were given a room on the 2nd floor and as a result could hear the loud party going on in the ballroom. At about 8pm, after returning from dinner, we had to pack up all our luggage and request a room change. We were then given a room on the 5th floor. Had our request been honored from the beginning we would have had a much better stay. Given rooms on the highest floor were easily available why not just give the customer what they ask for. Pretty frustrating. Additionally, only one elevator was working so it took a long time for all guests to obtain an elevator.

Fijn hotel is een leuk stadje
Pros:

Heerlijk hotel, gunstige ligging en vriendelijk behulpzaam personeel. Fijne ruime kamer en de bedden waren ook prima. Gelegen op een goede locatie en Kamloops zelf is ook erg leuk om te bezoeken

Empfehlung für einen Aufenthalt in Kamloops
Pros:

Zimmer war sehr geräumig und mit allem, was man benötigen könnte, ausgestattet. Am Pool waren ausreichend Liegen und Sitzgelegenheiten vorhanden und man konnte dort direkt Getränke bestellen. Das Frühstück, in Form unterschiedlicher Tellergerichte, war einfach großartig lecker! Und, last but not least, durchgängig sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter.

Pros:

The hotel is amazing all the personnel was more than polite and professionnal.

The food was more than amazing breakfast and dinner father's day special was so good.

I was served by Tim M. Two night in a row and wow. What an amazing, productive and kind server with an extraordinary joie de vivre.

I am sad I have to leave back to Quebec but this hotel and this city was more than amazing.

Worth a visit
Pros:

Primarily for the service. Tim served us and easily accommodated our requests making dinner a pleasant experience. We had a light fare, salad and small plates, and we found to quality of the food fresh and well prepared.
