Godt beliggende og behageligt for et stop på road-trip
Pros:

Perfekt beliggenhed lige ved byens “partygade”, dog ikke ved den værste støj.

Cons:

Det ville være dejligt med en buffet-morgenmad. Det er i stedet med menukort og man må regne med ganske lang tid da serveringen er langsom

Pros:

Het zwembad (buiten op de tweede verdieping) was geweldig. Personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam dat we al bij het zwembad mochten wachten voordat we konden inchecken en we daar werden opgehaald toen de kamer klaar was en onze koffers zelfs daar al heen gebracht waren.

Cons:

Restaurant heeft een kindermenu maar niet echt veel keus.

Very comfortable stay as part of a long roadtrip
Pros:

Great-sized room, well-situated hotel (bearing in mind Kamloops is split across a river), and staff were super friendly. There was a fridge in the room, which was great for us as we were doing a mix of catered and self-catered hotels as part of our road trip. Super easy to find and parking was really convenient.

Cons:

While breakfast was "included", the voucher didn't get you very much (it covered one drink so between hot drink and juice, you needed to pay for one). The service at breakfast was also incredibly slow and disorganised, and other tables were experiencing the same issues. The server was nice, but not particularly apologetic about the situation.

Pros:

Front desk was really good as well as all staff. Pool was great.

Cons:

Restaurant service was terrible, gal forgot drinks then blamed the bar tender BS, we went elsewhere after day one. Room was out dated, hairdryer did not work, body wash was empty, toilet lid would not stay up, basic house keeping items ro check

Great staff and perfect stop off between Vancouver and Banff. Lovely clean room. Excellent staff.

Don’t bother staying
Pros:

Nothing. I was moved to a different hotel due to an issue with our room which we wasn’t able to say. I was issued no compensation because the alternative hotel was the same price - this is because it was booked that day not because of the quality. The other hotel did not have the same rating or facilities and the room was not the same, it was disgusting. I’ll be contacting the hotel manager to discuss further.
