Only served its purpose to attend the competition. Thats about it. As far as comfort really low

Property seems relatively new and updated

Cons:

Room was extremely noisy with this heating system right above us. Which was turned on 24/7 with rattling and humming noise all day all night. Just dont get the room 1015 and rooms adjacent to it as it is right underneath the AC heating unit for entire unit. I couldnt sleep. Some staff particularly the MKRT shop were very rude and belittling. I was really pissed off this morning and couple staff members seem to be condecending.

A place where memories are made & every second was enjoyed.
Pros:

We loved the ambience, beautiful resort, the kids enjoyed the big slide. The customer service was great. We’ll be back🫶

Pros:

La piscina estaba templada, perfecto para los niños. El lobby y todo el complejo están muy bonitos. La ubicación es genial, puedes ir caminando a Fashion Mall. Hay un buen café en el cuarto y también hay una cafetería con muy buen pan cerca del lobby.

Cons:

Lo único que no me gustó es que el estacionamiento no es barato y te lo cobran sin avisar al hacer el check-in. Creo que fueron casi $40 dólares.

Friendly staff, but the room was so poor I didn’t stay.
Pros:

The hotel room was in very poor condition, and I ended up not staying at all. However, the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout the experience. Unfortunately, the room quality didn’t match the level of service.

Cons:

The hotel room looked more like a hospital room than a place to stay, and it didn’t match what I booked. They said they had run out of rooms and moved us from the one we reserved, which was very disappointing.

Resort was nice, but it did not live up to the expectations for the price.
Pros:

Facility has been updated nicely. Pool is fun for kids and the added water side was enjoyed by the kids. Having a second pool away from the kids was nice.

Cons:

Managment could not properly accomodate the event that was booked. Kitchen was rediculously overwhelmed. Management stated their kitchen could NOT accomodate a full dining room. Event was for over 1000 families and it appeared that staffing was not brought in to accomodate the demand. In fact we saw one staffer workng back-to-back-to-back shifts.

Pros:

The big pool is the only good thing about this hotel.

Cons:

They did not clean my room when I stayed there for 3 nights. I was out from 10 to 5 almost everyday and I expect to come back with a clean room but I did not. I booked a room for 5 people but why do I need to pay extra for a roll away bed. They should have given me a sofa bed instead for the price I paid the room which is for 5 people.

Pros:

It was beautiful

Cons:

I did not like that no-one was around and could not find room for over close to a hour. Thank God young man who takes care of the hotel and people walking around to help find a room that seemed non existent.
