Despite having a confirmed and fully paid reservation in April 2026 which was booked several weeks in advance, I was denied entry and service upon arrival by your front desk staff (I believe his name was Stanley).
When I attempted to check in, the clerk informed me that there was no room available for me. This was not only factually incorrect but handled with a level of dismissiveness that I found deeply troubling. Furthermore, I have since discovered that the hotel recorded my status as a "No Show."
Categorizing me as a no show is a blatant falsehood; I was physically present at your front desk, prepared to check into the room I had already paid for, and was turned away by their employee. Stanley, I believe that was his name, was polite to the prior Asian customers extenuating his French accent and talking about the omelets that they can receive in the morning and checked in those customers with no mention that they were running out of rooms. When I went to check in (the French accent disappeared), all of a sudden, he stated that the hotel was overbooked and that I need to take your card to complain and look elsewhere for a room.
Given that my reservation was valid and the hotel appeared to be operating normally, I am left to wonder why I was singled out and rejected. The lack of a professional or logical explanation for this denial of service raises serious concerns for me regarding potential discrimination. In all my years of travel, I have never encountered a situation where a paid, confirmed booking was ignored at the point of check-in without cause.
This incident caused me significant distress and financial harm. Because I was turned away at the last minute, I was forced to secure alternative accommodations at a different hotel. Due to the short notice, I had to pay significantly more than my original booking—resulting in a direct financial loss and extreme inconvenience.
Betty was fantastic greeting us with a smile and making us feel like a hotel was a home.
Betty is the best! She takes care of you.
Betty was great at the bar. Service was superb. Kind, friendly service.
Betty was AMAZING! She was attentive, pleasant and always checked on us.
Betty was amazing, she was accommodating and an Amazing bartender. Thanks Betty you made the experience worth wild.
Hotel appeared clean. Short staffed. Very loud in lobby but rooms filtered noise.
HUGE hole in parking lot that I fell in. Severely hurt ankle. Couldn’t walk and accrued medical bills. Obvious liability that hotel did not address properly. Left hole open throughout our stay. Cooperate was supposed to call but did NOT as of 1 month later. Poor care for clientele and cooperate ethics.
Service was terrible. The check in process was so so slow. The front desk people had no idea what they are doing. We asked if there was washers and dryers available they said no. Later found out they have two laundry areas for guests. The employees in the bar area, also terrible. They are slow and rude.
The rooms are out dated and the water pressure in the shower is so so bad.
Overall will never stay here again.
Breakfast was great!
Everything was fine.
موظف الاستقبال مالك جدا را ئع ومتعاون ولطيف مع الزبائن
Location was great and free breakfast buffet was nice.
Rooms need to be upgraded, air conditioner wasn’t working in room and wear and tears that need attention
The room was quiet and appointed well. The bed was very comfortable and offered a great sleep. The staff seemed very helpful and responsive.
The property just seemed to have lost a bit of the Embassy Suite spark I have come to know from the brand - though it has been a while since I stayed at one. The breakfast was good but not the breakfast of old that distinguished an Embassy Suite property from any other "breakfast included" property.
It was clean good breakfast and the shuttle picked us up after our cruise and held our bags while we explored which was awesome
