Everything was great
Great breakfast and free adult drinks
Loved the staff!
I didn’t like the fact that according to the receptionist, there was an issue with checking-in. We arrived at 6 pm and got our room until around 9pm. We traveled and went directly to the beach all day and were expecting to check-in immediately and wind down. Our youngest was 3 years old and it was uncomfortable for him. Also, our room felt extremely humid and warm.
The tub was not cleaned.
The room was nice
The location is great, the hospitality was great, everyone was nice and helpful. Good complimentary breakfast. The Hotel itself needs some upgrades. The room was ok, needs some upgrades, but the bed was horrible, Very hard and you feel every spring. We found a dirty leftover towel in our room and my grandson found a leftover Qtip under the table 🤢. The noise level was to be expected for a hotel, not overly noisy.
Bed was comfortable, rooms were clean, and food was good!
The happy hour was when we were out and about, but overall it was good
The cocktail hours, the breakfast was amazing. All staff were so friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to all my family and friends.Thank you Dorothy Duran
I loved it all
The big breakfast option, the separation between the bedroom and living room with plenty of space and storage, pool indoor is awesome and cleaned often, love the scenery in the middle of the hotel it’s like your outdoors but your not, the staff are friendly and helpful for the most part
The parking lot was full at night with little parking places. It needs to have more parking places. The complimentary drinks should be available to get as long as the bar is open not just for 2 hours. The vent in the bathroom was leaking on us and we told them as soon as we got there and it didn’t get fixed but they did slow the dropping down somehow so at least they did try to fix it.
The out side was nice but the inside of the pool was all rusted

The employees and staff were very nice, friendly and helpful. the food service and breakfast were very good as well as the bar. Again all the employees and staff were excellent.
The condition of the rooms were incredibly bad. This hotel is in severe need of a makeover. It appears that nothing has been done to it since the 1990’s. The carpet is old and filthy, the plumbing in the bathroom is old, rusty and in general bad shape. The bottom of the bathroom door is shredded and coming apart. The door knobs are loose and about to fall off and the toilet is loose and wobbly. I do realize that economic conditions in the CC, TX area have not been the best in the past few years , but if something doesn't change here, the outlook for the Hotel is very Grim!
Please don't get me wrong, I really like Embassy Suites and the overall concept it represents. I hope this does not come across as a disgruntled visitor, because I'm not. Just disappointed in this location.
