Pros:

Nous avons apprécié son emplacement. Union Square est central pour visiter SF.
L'amabilité du personnel à l'accueil.
Possibilité de laisser les bagages gratuitement le dernier jour lorsque l'on repart en fin de journée.

Cons:

Hébergés dans la partie historique de l'hôtel donc la plus ancienne (façade avant) , chambres propres mais cadre ancien et sombre. Nous avons découvert la seconde partie + moderne derrière....donc frustrés de ne pas en avoir bénéficié
2 chambres : pas de possibilité d'avoir les chambres côte à côte, dommage sur 3 nuits avec des enfants !
Piscine non testée ( Température trop basse) mais surpris par la taille réelle comparée à la photo de l'annonce. Elle est beaucoup plus petite mais le cadre reste sympathique.
Manque un espace d'accueil plus grand où l'on peut manger, boire un café en dehors des chambres.

Mouldy pain in the ass.
Pros:

Location close to Union Square is great, but unfortunately too close to the Tenderloin for the area to be considered safe. Many close encounters with Fent zomies close to the door made this a challenging location. Stay away.

Cons:

Rooms were dusty and mouldy. By the end of my four night stay my allergies were killing me, just because the rooms were tired and poorly maintained.

Great Location great room and amazing staff.
Pros:

We were in the older section but it has great street access to about a half dozen amazing restaurants and the car rental places were a block away. Room was spotless and we had a very cool balcony overlooking the city.

Cons:

The access to the section we stayed had stairs which was hard for luggage.but they have an old lift we used, it was easy, no big deal

Really comfortable and enjoyable stay

Très bon hôtel
Pros:

Nous avons été très satisfaits de notre séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est très sympathique, les femmes de ménage nettoient les chambres tous les jours et de façon très appliquée, l'hôtel est bien situé pour découvrir San Francisco, la salle de sport, la piscine et le hammam sont un plus tout comme le fait que les taxis/ubers/véhicules de location puissent stationner facilement devant. Café et boisson fraîche disponibles dans le halle d'entrée gratuitement tout comme des machines à glaçons.

Cons:

Un micro-onde serait un plus dans les chambres tout comme des tv récentes proposant des plateformes de streaming vidéo, parce que uniquement des chaînes américaines, c'est bof :)

Great location, but dated decor which sadly lets the hotel down.
Pros:

I liked the location and the outside looked amazing

Cons:

The hotel needs a refurbishment. Its very dated. The staff are great and the cleaners do very well, but the hotwl needs a complete overhaul as its outdated and the decor looks dirty because its old.
