Great value and wonderful staff
Pros:

Beautiful hotel in Union Square San Francisco
Pros:

Loved the location, easy to walk everywhere. And we did 😁 Beautiful hotel, room was spacious, the balcony looking over the pool was a vibe. Very comfortable stay.

Cons:

The pool says it's heated. It was probably 70 degrees. We're used to 84-86 in our public pools, so we only tried it once and only lasted 15 mins. Too cold, especially with the outside temp in the 60s.

Centraal gelegen hotel met mooi zwembad
Pros:

De locatie is ideaal. Je komt buiten midden in het centrum. De kamer was ruim, proper en praktisch. Ook de gangen en het zwembad waren heel proper. Het hotel was ook makkelijk te bereiken met de BART trein.

Cons:

Er werd geen ontbijt geserveerd, maar dat wisten we op voorhand.

zentrale Innenstadtlage, idealer Ausgangspunkt für Sightseeing

Zimmer geräumig, Betten relativ neu; mehrere Steckdosen mit Ladebuchsen

zentral in der Innenstadt, Nähe zu unzähligen Lokalen

Cons:

Teppiche verbreiten "miefigen" Geruch, schon in der Lobby sehr schäbiger Teppich
Dinge werden "überstrichen" statt ersetzt (aufgebrochenes Türschloss)
durch Gegebenheiten schwierig zu reinigen (enge Gänge, Möbel, Teppiche, Duschvorhänge), daher Verständnis für das (durchwegs sehr höfliche) Putzpersonal! , aber ab und an sollten auch (Decken)Lampen und Ecken gereinigt werden..

Family run, traditional style hotel.
Pros:

Wonderful customer service. Very welcoming and polite staff. Comfortable beds and pillows. Sauna was traditional and nice to use after a chilly day. Coffee provided in the lobby in the morning.

Cons:

Not the hotel's issue, but some neighbouring streets are a bit dodgy with many people living on the streets. The older part of the hotel the "historic section" has nice furnishings etc but the bathroom is very small and dated. The newer part of the hotel is very nice, larger rooms and with a balcony.

Loved every minute of my stay in San Francisco!"

The hotel's location is amazing. Close to a great variety of attractions, restaurants, and famous stores

Cons:

There are no food options at the hotel itself and the room TV is pretty small, though the channel lineup is actually quite impressive. Parking at the hotel is pretty expensive, though there are nearby parking spots that charge half the price per day.

Locatie was centraal, kamer netjes genoeg

Cons:

Personeel erg onprofessioneel en onbehulpzaam. Wanneer er om 23:00 luid probleem was met de riolering waar wij wakker van worden werden wij niet geholpen. Bovendien werd door het personeel aan de balie alleen de mannelijke gast aangesproken, zelfs terwijl de reservering en creditcard stond op de naam van de vrouwelijke gast.

For sure a must stay!!! Will return next trip
Pros:

I rarely write reviews but I can not express enough what a wonderful place it is. The pool is wonderful very warm. More then that the service was above and. Beyond. They welcomed us, printed our tickets and every staff member greeted us daily. It was really exceptional. Rooms were quiet, comfortable, and very clean. We stayed on the premium side and it was only an20.00 upgrade . They also have a great late regular checkout of 12:00 which was plenty and you can extend if needed for a charge. Amazing for families and plenty of room. Also location is really good.
