冷房以外はよかったです
Pros:

部屋が広くてよかった
駅から近くてよかった

Cons:

冷房が昔のままなのか
調節が出来ず、ちょっと暑かった
それ以外は大丈夫でした。
自動販売機も、決まった階にしかなく
近い階に行ったが使えず(お釣りなし)
別な階まで行くハメになり、ちょっと大変でした。
