I stayed at this hotel in Osaka and overall the **location is good**, making it convenient to get around the city. However, the hotel experience did not match a **5-star** expectation.

The property is **very old**, and the facilities are quite limited and dated. The room amenities were disappointing (for example, I did not find basic items like a **scale**), and there’s **no laundry service/facilities** available. The general condition of the room and common areas felt more like a lower-tier hotel rather than a premium one.

Also, the hotel rooms are not clearly set up as **non-smoking by default**—my room was effectively a **smoking room**, which was not ideal and affected the comfort.

If you’re looking for convenience and can tolerate an older building with minimal facilities, it may be fine. But if you’re specifically booking for a modern, high-comfort **5-star** stay, I would not recommend it.

荷物の管理を徹底してください。

Cons:

荷物を預けて番号札をもらった。
荷物を取りに行く時に番号札を渡したのに20〜30分も待たされ、挙句に「どのようなお荷物ですか？」と。
どんな管理をなさっているのでしょうか。
不安で仕方ありません。
また待たされたのにも関わらず謝罪の一言もなしでした。
