disappointing after Sandman Calgary West, which was the only reason we chose Sandman again.
Pros:

We were booked into a tower suite. We had just come from a beautifully clean and updated room at Sandman Calgary West. This room was smelly, old and basically terrible.The kitchen was ill equipped, the bathroom had only 2 towels and shampoo/soad bottles were missing.

Cons:

The bathroom needs complete ammenities. The kitchen needs an actual 8oz glass. the only thing there is a 2 ounce cup for a child. the faucets were all loose, and the bathroom sink hardly drained.

Good, not great. No major complaints
Pros:

Kelowna was nice, hotel was a bit older, but overall good.

Cons:

Area seemed to have lot of homeless people, water was turned off for one of the days for maitenance

No hot water in the morning
Pros:

It had a bed

Cons:

I woke up to have a shower around 9am and there was no hot water for the shower. For over $150 a night one would think they should be able to have hot water in the morning. I will never stay there again.

Our king suite was very used and could use a Reno. Had fruit flies in our room for our 2 night stay. Then front desk did come to our room and bring a couple of
Fruit fly traps that caught soooooo many of them. Was gross.

Always love sandman, have the best rates and service!
Pros:

Very beautiful building close to a mall. Also has a bar and dennys inside of the hotel which I appreciated.

Nothing more or less than I expected...and I did not expect much
Pros:

The pub on site was actually not bad

Cons:

The bathroom sucked. Moldy grout and calking .... shower head at level of my head. Toilet sounded like someone dying when it flushed. Fan sounded like an aircraft taking off
