It was a convenient hotel for a decent night's sleep after an 18 hour flight. The bed was quite comfortable and there was a good shower.
We were right beside the pool so there was quite a bit of noise from the families in the area, but it quieted down by 10 pm. Being so close to the pool it increased the humidity in the room. The air conditioner is very old and VERY noisy. No way you could sleep through that (lucky for us it was early June and fairly cool). The bathroom fan was also old and rattled quite loudly.

As with most things these days, price was a little above what it should be for a small hotel room.
The suite was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfy. We loved the view from our balcony. Plenty of hot water. Tv in both bedroom and living area
Disappointed that the dishwasher was broken. No true stove or oven. There was a camp like stove top which you pulled out and a toasted oven. No wine glasses
The room was just the right size, very quiet and private. The bed was extremely clean and comfortable with European/french folded linens. There were extra pillows, and blankets stored in a cupboard for my comfort. The kitchenette was clean, well organized and extra coffee, tea, creamers and sugar was available to make coffee and tea in the morning. There appears to be a 24 hour guard service outside as well which made me feel very safe. The bathroom was arranged with a new rubberized bath mat for my safety, hair dryer, and there were lots of clean, fresh linens and bath products--more than I needed. The air con, heat, lighting, microwave and fridge all worked perfectly. There were plenty of onsite ammenities with which to pass the evening hours.
There is nothing I didn't like.

Stayed her twice now. Both times booked on Booking. Felt like a secend class customer. Room on the first floor in the new tower with headlights shining on my bed. This had to be the worst room in the complex. Walking to the room felt like I was walking through a utility doorway and hall.
NOT Sandman quality. Other night I was givin a room in the old wing. Tired room facing pool. Nowhere in my booking did it say I would not have natural light. Many other better options in Kelowna. I will avoid this property

Washroom was very small , toilet seat was very small, shower tub was very small like for kid.
Iron was not available in the room , i called them twice but they clearly said iron is not available for you
Comfortable bed
Loud bathroom fan that needs to be replaced. Loud AC. Homeless people rummaging through the dumpsters late at night causing noise. Police involved in nearby suite for a safety check. Again creating more noise ( not hotels fault of course). Likely won’t stay here again.

The sofa bed mattress was awful! I did not have a restful sleep
