Great after a really bumpy start.
Pros:

Hotel was great, breakfast was good.

Cons:

Computer was down for hours and we were unable to check in. Staff was rude and indifferent. There was supposed to be a person that would take us to our room and open the door for us but he was just standing around with 3 different groups waiting to be escorted. The hotel was beautiful, just kind of shocking to have staff behave like that.

The staff was friendly it was clean oh and we loved the free drinks at happy hour.
Pros:

The breakfast was really good the best breakfast I've had at an hotel. Loved the happy hour, and snacks. The rooms was quite loved that.

Cons:

I didn't like how low the refrigerator was my husband complained everytime he had to get something out. We to old to be doing all that bending so low.

The lady's that did the breakfast were sweet and the breakfast was good.

Cons:

The pool is under construction and we did not know I called and asked if the pool was open they said yes when we got there it was not the air conditioner in my room didn't work and one of the mirrors was extremely dirty

Pros:

Muy bonito y con mucha variedad en cuanto a desayunos , ay la opción de que te preparen comida a tu gusto y la hora feliz

Cons:

No me gustó que en la pagina cuando reservé no decían que la alberca estaba en remodelación y no pudimos usarla porque no estaba disponible, la alberca era el motivo por el cual reservé
Además nose si no pusieron o no leí pero cobran por el estacionamiento
