We enjoyed Tulsa very much, and were very glad we stayed at this location.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent! It was the perfect location to stay at the end of a very long road trip. The staff was super helpful, especially the beautiful housekeeper who found us a cart to use when checking out. Above and beyond!

Cons:

The fact that there were no carts available was a real problem, and only part of the staff seemed to care. I rally appreciate the two young men who helped us unload our vehicle.

Pros:

Very quiet nice clean; maintenance was outstanding and the front desk as well as the bar were outstanding. My husband and will be coming back for no other reason but just to stay and enjoy the atmosphere. Pool and all along with 2 family reunions. 9th floor 919 outstanding room

Everything was marvelous they made us feel very comfortable

Great central location, ease of access by vehicle, great facilities, grandkids loved the top floor placement.

Cons:

Value has been eroded. Expensive restaurant, breakfast was good until you consider the price is listed at over $18. One seemingly insignificant point that could be serious is the tub surface when wet was extremely slick and there was not a no slip mat or nonskid devices in use. I personally nearly missed a possibility serious fall.

Great after a really bumpy start.
Pros:

Hotel was great, breakfast was good.

Cons:

Computer was down for hours and we were unable to check in. Staff was rude and indifferent. There was supposed to be a person that would take us to our room and open the door for us but he was just standing around with 3 different groups waiting to be escorted. The hotel was beautiful, just kind of shocking to have staff behave like that.

The staff was friendly it was clean oh and we loved the free drinks at happy hour.

The breakfast was really good the best breakfast I've had at an hotel. Loved the happy hour, and snacks. The rooms was quite loved that.

Cons:

I didn't like how low the refrigerator was my husband complained everytime he had to get something out. We to old to be doing all that bending so low.
