Fantastic location, really friendly and helpful staff.
The rooms are gradually in decay. Could benefit from good renovation.
Breakfast is Ok but could be better with more varieties instead of same dishes everyday
Variety of breakfast
The location was superb.
The HR manager and staff were very helpful when we had some concerns. The Hr manager was extremely professional and exceeded our expectations in every way possible. Special thanks to Clan and King David.
The gym was sufficient.

We had a fantastic stay at DoubleTree by Hilton London Hyde Park. The hotel is in an excellent location, right next to Hyde Park and close to public transport, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. A special thank you to Akshansh at the front of house, whose friendliness, professionalism, and willingness to help made our stay even more enjoyable. He always greeted us with a smile and went the extra mile to ensure we had everything we needed. We truly appreciated his kindness and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London.
A great stay. Particular shout out to King David, Mori & Lewis for their professionalism and care.
I had an excellent stay. The hotel’s location is superb with easy access to the city center and metro. Breakfast is high quality with a good selection.

I stayed at the double tree by Hilton 25thh and 26th of July ,my room was 466 to say I. Was disappointed by the room would be an understatement.
The wood surface of the desk was a mess of water stained circles the blackout blind was broken ,the air conditioner was only partially. Working, the bathroom lower part of the door was a mess.
I did mentioned this to reception on my way out of the hotel Saturday ,on my return that evening I was informed that all had been fixed ,the blackout blind was still broken ,the a/c was. Operable .i had been offered a complimentary breakfast.
The fries egg was the coldest I have ever had ,left the rest and left the restaurant.
I again informed the. On duty manger Sunday evening but received.no further communication up to now 29th July
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally cooperative, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made my experience even more enjoyable.
A special thank you to Saim, Trisha, and Lovis for their outstanding hospitality and professionalism. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable throughout my stay. Their kindness and genuine care truly made a difference.
I highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.
Big shout out and thank you to Fatima and Muhammad Ali from the restaurant for their kindness and trying their best to make up for an unfortunate incident that happened to me during my meal. I am celiac and I ordered a gluten free meal. I explained one of the waiters my requirements and the severe impact of consuming gluten for a celiac person. I was assured no cross contamination would take place and I would be given a gluten free meal. When my dinner was brought to the table, I asked the same waiter again to double check if my meal was definitely gluten free, as I am generally scared of eating out with my health issues. He went to speak with the chefs and in a moment came back to me to say they confirmed my meal was gluten free. I started eating and 2 minutes later the same waiter comes back running to me to say the chefs told him they gave him wrong information and my chips are contaminated with gluten. Muhammad Ali and Fatima from the restaurant tried their best to help make my experience better. I am very dissapointed with the chefs, but I would like to praise Muhammad Ali for his professionalism and great problem solving skills, and I would like to praise the lovely Faitma for her friendly, empathetic personality and outstanding, top class customer service! Leaving 5 stars on here only for these 2 individuals and I expect the hotel to reward them for their work accordingly please, as they deserve it.
We came to London the first time after 21 years (yes I came last when I was a kid). The reason we picked this place was due to both price, my Hilton Honors status and proximity to the Hop on Hop off bus stop.
We stayed 3 nights from Wednesday 7/22 to Saturday 7/25. Upon arrival very early in the morning from San Francisco, we did not get a room till about 1PM, so as a result, we had to rest near the breakfast area. The staff was very friendly and handled the check-in process without any issues.
We got room 168, which as expected, looked small, but for 2 people, honestly for 16.5 square feet, it wasn't as bad as my mom and I were expecting, so if 2 people are travelling, this is the most reasonable price you could get, it's not by any means bad. In fact, we had 2 suitcases and made some small adjustments to pack and unpack but not much to complain about. The bed was excellent and very comfortable overall for all the nights. Shower was really nice with great water pressure and best part, sure while the bathroom was kind of small, actually to me felt WAY MORE REASONABLE and more than enough room. If you are travelling with 3 or more people, it's better to stay somewhere else.
In terms of the breakfast, I would have wished they had more selections at breakfast buffet which most other hotels do in the world plus if possible an omelet station. On the bright side, they did have ala-carte with quite a decent selection and they are very accommodating if you do not want certain things in your meal.
It's also well connected meaning walking distance from Bayswater station or Queensway station and lots of restaurants around and not far from Kensington we stayed once in 2005.
Room for improvement should be something critical, but blunt, and direct - Try to change out your power outlets so that it supports US plugs, UK plugs and Indian plugs. In most places in the world especially in 2026, people travel for business or pleasure and they bring their plugs expecting it to be seamless. While USB-C's are fine, they're not good enough especially with the low amount of devices. It was quite cumbersome that I had to charge a device in the bathroom. And the second room for improvement, but I will not fight it if it's Corporate policy is have some bar soaps. But for plugs, there is no excuse.
I hope to be back in London after let's say after hopefully within 5-10 years, but for 2 people it's a good hotel, but for 3 people, I'd say stay somewhere else
Reasonable price and the staff can't do enough. Ali and Manassa especially are both delights
Location is great 10/10
Rooms 8/10 , beds are comfy
The bar 10/10 welcoming attitude Ali and Manasa .
We had a truly wonderful stay at the treetop hilton, hyde park, London. We were honoured to be guests of the day and welcomed by young Sebastian (smart dresser). Fatima from Morocco and all her team were very wonderful, friendly, very professional and provided an excellent service, as did Renju and Alfiya. Cian and Akshash and Sebastian were also very friendly and professional in their work. We loved the rooms and the Urban Meadow bar and restaurant were lovely places to relax. Cleaning was spotless! We really enjoyed our stay, thank you Hilton Treetop hotels.
