We had a great stay at the Doubletree Hyde Park! The location was very central to multiple tube stations and the beds were very comfortable. The only thing knocking down a star was that the rooms were not very cold, but the service we received from King David, Mori, and Kim was amazing!

Perfect service, comfortable beds, great location, clean, and quiet…what more can you ask for? We received fantastic service from Alberto, Kim, Gul, and King David. They went out of their way to make sure we were happy and comfortable. Our daughter lives in the UK, so we visit frequently. We will certainly be staying at the DoubleTree Hyde Park again!

We had a lovely time at the DoubleTree Hyde Park! Staff were super friendly and our room was perfect. We’ve stayed here a few times and it’s always amazing.

This hotel enjoys an unbeatable location, just across the street from Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park. It’s perfect for starting your morning surrounded by nature and getting up close to wildlife.

I stayed on the fifth floor. Although I checked in late and was assigned a room near the elevator, I slept soundly without any disturbance.

Special thanks go to staff members Akshansh and Salaar. They were incredibly friendly and helpful whenever I needed assistance. Highly recommend them!

The hotel is situated betweeb 2 tube stations. Queensway and Notting hill gate. It is directly opposite the Hyde Park. The amenities ia as good as 4 stars. The front staffs are friendly, particulauly Mori who went out of ways to make us feel like a home.

Location was perfect for getting around London.

My sister and I had the most wonderful afternoon at the cafe. Ali took care of us and he was extremely attentive and kind! We had a wonderful afternoon!

​As a long-standing Hilton Honors member who travels extensively, I have high expectations, but the level of service provided by these two professionals was truly unparalleled. I arrived after an exhausting journey, feeling completely depleted. However, the moment I stepped up to their desk, their radiant energy, profound professionalism, and genuine warmth instantly revived me.

​They did not just check me in; they meticulously crafted an experience. They anticipated my needs before I even voiced them, seamlessly coordinating to secure a breathtaking, pristine room on a high floor with an incredible view.

​What touched me most was their exceptional empathy. Upon learning that I had a late flight scheduled for my departure, they proactively arranged a complimentary late check-out until 3:00 PM without me even having to ask. This thoughtful gesture completely eliminated the stress of my departure day and allowed me to enjoy London until the very last moment. Their synergy was magnificent—while one handled the administration with absolute grace, the other ensured I felt thoroughly cared for.

​In a world where standard service is the norm, Hannaan and Elisa deliver the extraordinary. They are the ultimate ambassadors for the Hilton brand, and they single-handedly elevated my perception of this property from a great hotel to an unforgettable one.

Alfiya in the cafe was brilliant. Catering to our every need. One the first day she offered us coffee which was so tasty. Bubbly & happy personality making us feel so welcome.
On the downside we had 3 bathmats in our bathroom but no face washers or hand towels.
