I would like to commend Saipranay and Akshansh for going above and beyond to assist us throughout the check-in and check-out process. Both gentlemen were exceptionally helpful, professional, and courteous, and I would gladly rate their service 10/10.
I would also like to recognize Tammana 10/10 from the reservations team for her outstanding hospitality and assistance in securing suitable rooms for the senior members of our group. Her support made our stay much more comfortable and enjoyable.
The hotel's location is excellent, and our overall experience was wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning next year. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so memorable.

The worst hotel ever!! If you want to waste your money you are totally welcome
Avoid this hotel. The room was dirty, the blinds were broken, and the air conditioning was so loud that it was impossible to rest. What was most disappointing was the way the situation was handled. Staff acknowledged the problems and assured me they would take care of it, but nothing was actually done. I felt completely misled and ignored. This is not the level of service anyone should expect from a Hilton property.
I have been staying at the Hilton DoubleTree Hyde Park for the past year during my business trips, and I can honestly say it has been a fantastic experience for several reasons.
First, the location is excellent, with easy access to multiple Tube stations and Hyde Park right across the road. The hotel itself is always clean, welcoming, and well maintained, with spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped rooms.
However, the main reason I continue to stay here is the staff. From the moment I walk into the lobby, I am greeted with genuine smiles and a warm welcome. As someone who travels frequently and often encounters airport staff who seem indifferent to the customer experience, it is incredibly refreshing to arrive somewhere that makes you feel truly valued and appreciated.
Anything I need during my stay is always taken care of promptly, and the team consistently goes above and beyond expectations. I would particularly like to recognize Gul, King, Cian, Hannah, Alfiya (I hope I've spelled everyone's names correctly), the French concierge—who is always a pleasure to deal with—and the breakfast team, who are equally outstanding.
You are all fantastic ambassadors for Hilton, and I hope you are proud of the exceptional service you provide. Thank you for making every stay such an enjoyable experience.

Excellent stay at the hotel. The entire staff was friendly and professional, but Mori deserves special recognition. He was exceptionally kind, attentive, and caring throughout our stay. He made us feel genuinely welcome and always took the time to help with a smile. Thank you, Mori, for making our visit even more enjoyable. We look forward to staying here again.
I’ve stayed at the Doubletree Hyde Park around 10 times in the last 12 months and have noticed the whole aspect of it deteriorating.
On my previous stay, we had a group of school children spread throughout the hotel making mischief and disrupting other guests. They weren’t all on one floor with their teachers, which in itself should be a safeguarding issue.
On this stay, I had checked in digitally via the app and was assigned two rooms 503 and 505. They weren’t both ready when we arrived but one was so we checked into that room. A few hours later we got the app notification that the second room was ready. However it had been changed to 368. This wasn’t ideal as we wanted our rooms to be closeby so spoke to Reception. They advised there was a maintenance issue, which I can appreciate happens. But at that exact moment a guest was at reception because his room key wasn’t working. They asked for his room number and surprisingly it was 505!!
The key issue is a common problem with the hotel. Four times we had to get our keys reactivated and there were lots of people having the exact same problem!!
It’s unfortunate because I have always loved this hotel, it’s in a great location, but it seems to be heading downhill quite quickly over these last few months.
