We got there on our wedding night, the front desk tried to recharge me for our room knowing it was already paid for. Then she gives us a room key to an already occupied room! We went to our room and unlocked the door and a naked lady is there! Not what I wanted my husband to see on our wedding night! We went back down, told them we wanted a refund and we went home. I tried to contact the property to get my refunds and they are ignoring my messages. I'm about to contact a lawyer and take this management to small claims court! DON'T RECOMMEND STAYING HERE! Also the hallways smell like mold!!
The staff were the best, very friendly and helpful! Everyone greeted us each time we encountered them. The pet friendly aspect was awesome!

We checked in and the front desk tried to recharge our room after we already paid. She gave us our room key. We went to our room and opened the door to find a naked woman in the room. The front desk gave us the keys to an already rented room this was our wedding night and I was annoyed by this so we went back downstairs, gave her the keys told him we want to refund and had somebody pick us up to take us home and that is how we spent our wedding night.

Il y avait tellement d’humidité dans la chambre et dans l’hôtel que c’était vraiment inconfortable. Dommage, car la chambre était parfaite.

I have stayed at this Holiday Inn several times over the years and it is always clean and maintained so well. Even the parking lot is clean. The staff is friendly.
Good variety for breakfast. Easy to get downtown. Large room, comfortable bed.
While breakfast variety was good it wasn’t very flavorful. Needed some seasoning. Front desk staff were sort of ho-hum and a little difficult to determine if they were employees when they weren’t behind the desk. Wash cloth was a little then and not very soft or fluffy.

The bed was very comfortable, and the pillows were excellent quality! The young man at the front desk was extremely helpful. He was able to book us into a lovely room as just a walk-in after our posh accommodations for anniversary let us down.
Close to the racetrack
We were 3 people in the room, and one day they cleanes the room... and only left 2 towels. When we called requesting an extra towel, they wouldn't give us. It was a huge hassle before i could get 1 towel.
