Excellent location next to park; quiet and within walking distance to town
Comfortable, large beds and generally spacious rooms
Friendly and attentive staff in most reports
Good, varied breakfast
Pool and luggage storage available
Good value for money
Cons:
Occasional housekeeping issues (dust, pigeon droppings on balconies)

Empty minibar/fridge and missing in-room items (no milk/kettle supplies)
Restaurant menu could be broader

Categories

Cleanliness
8
Rooms reported as generally clean and tidy; a few guests noted dust in kettle/cup area and pigeon droppings on balconies, otherwise standard for the hotel tier.
Service
8
Staff are frequently described as friendly, attentive and helpful (late-night snacks provided, good check-in/out), though one report of poor handling of a lift incident lowers the score slightly.
Location
9
Consistently praised: quiet, next to a large park, pleasant surroundings and within walking distance of the town centre — clear strong point.
Room Quality
8
Rooms described as spacious with large, comfortable beds and good showers; some guests mentioned small shower stalls, weak A/C in some rooms, empty minibar/fridge and slightly dated aspects.
Amenities
7.3
Pool and luggage storage are positives, but several issues reduce the score: pool sometimes very cold, elevator reliability problems, narrow private parking, missing in-room items (milk/kettle contents), and an overall older feel.
Value for Money
8.5
Multiple guests call out good value and would recommend or return; positive balance of price vs experience.
Food and Beverage
8
Breakfast is repeatedly described as good/complete with variety; restaurant menu considered limited by some and a few small service omissions (no milk in room, allergens not indicated).
Overall Experience
8
Majority of reviews are positive — relaxing stay, friendly staff and excellent location — with a few operational shortcomings that did not ruin overall satisfaction.

Très bien
Pros:

Grande chambre. Grand lit. Douche a l'italienne. Produits Rituals.
Le personnel : gentil, aimable, attentionné

Cons:

Pas d'explication papier pour le wifi, la restauration...Sur la télé uniquement, ça me derangera toujours.
Le frigo bar vide. Il y a une caution demandée et j’ai été très déçue de ne pas y voir une bouteille d'eau et une d'alcool.

We arrived late in the evening and they immediately offered that snacks were still available and set about making sure we had something to eat.

The hotel was extremely friendly friendly given its city location.

Pool was nice and the location onto the park was ideal for us given we have small

No milk for coffee in the room.
