Categories

Cleanliness
7.2
Mixed signals: several guests praise spotless rooms and general property cleanliness, but multiple reports of stains on carpet/furniture, poor room cleaning and a strong mold smell in at least one room reduce the score.
Service
8.8
Consistently strong positive sentiment for staff and front desk (named staff praised, helpful bell staff, supportive service with car issues) justifying a high score.
Location
8.8
Frequently noted as very convenient and close to the Galleria and restaurants; multiple guests cite location as a major plus.
Room Quality
6.8
Mixed to negative: some guests describe rooms as spacious and comfortable, others report outdated rooms, missing closet/security box and visible stains — overall below-par for expectations.
Amenities
8.4
Breakfast buffet and pool/relaxation areas are praised; parking and some facility aging are noted as drawbacks, producing an overall favorable but not top score.
Value for Money
8.2
Not explicitly discussed in reviews; assigned the target overall rating in line with missing-data guidance.
Food and Beverage
8.8
Breakfast receives multiple strong compliments (buffet variety and quality), supporting a high rating for food offerings.
Overall Experience
8.6
Generally positive overall sentiment: many guests would return and recommend, citing excellent staff and location, tempered by room quality/cleaning and parking issues.

all around great! everytime we go!
Pros:

The cleanliness of everything, from the check-in lobby to the rooms. The breakfast is the best: a buffet of all kinds of great treats for adults and children. The staff is so wonderful!!! The best part is that there is plenty of room in your room!

Cons:

I didn't like that at times, people smoked (weed smell) outside by the valet area front doors. not the hotel's fault though

Grandes atenciones, super ubicación, amplia y bonita habitación, area de alberca padrisima!!
Pros:

Cons:

Todo perfecto!!
