Superior Service from Eric
Pros:

Mr. Eric was extremely professional and accommodating. After a long travel day, Eric greeted me and ensured all of my requested accommodations were met without an issue. I typically do no like to stay on the first floor and I always request extra towels. When I arrived to my room, the towels were brought shortly after. To make it even better, Eric remembered me the next day and even remembered my last name, addressing me as Ms every time. Eric definitely made my stay worth while. I will definitely be coming back to stay again.

Best Customer Service Ever!!
Pros:

Top tier service from the front desk! Specifically, Michael and Pinky. They were very accommodating and made sure we had everything that we needed. Michael even provided excellent advice on how to navigate Houston concert traffic! The rooms were spacious and very well maintained. I will absolutely be back!!
