Grandes atenciones, super ubicación, amplia y bonita habitación, area de alberca padrisima!!

Excelentisimas atenciones de todo el personal, ubicacion a unos pasos del mall Galleria, nuestra habitación super comoda y amplia, ademas el area de alberca nos gustó bastante ya que cuenta con salitas en las cuales puedes descansar y pasar un rato muy agradable.
Quiero destacar que me apoyaron enormemente con un desperfecto de mi coche y despues se me quedaron olvidados documentos importantes en la habitación cuando ya estaba en mi ciudad y obtuve una cordialidad y apoyo inmejorable. GRACIAS!!!
Sin duda regreso en mi proxima visita a Houston

Staff, Gold Star. The rooms were cleaned to the best ability of the staff, its just an old Hotel !

Staff was AWESOME !

Cons:

Parking is awful, rooms and Hotel needs MAJOR updating ! The place is old and some of the guest on the floor(18th flr) that I was on was smoking marijuana. It was so strong you could smell it as soon as the elevator doors opened.

It is good to stay for one night.
Pros:

The front desk person was really helpful, and kind. The breakfast was great with a variety to choose from. our room had a great view.

Cons:

The room smell like mold. It was really strong. We did not complain because we were tired.
