Great location, comfy bed and decently sized room. Staff were friendly
Decor looked a little tired, but great stay for the price.
The location was perfect but the staff were a real credit to hotel. The building is old looking and through time they will have all the work done but the service and cleanliness was a credit to them. For the price it’s was perfect
Great location, breakfast buffet was really good
The room we were in was very dated, clean but dated
I believe some rooms have been refurbished?
It was central and easy to find
Nothing
breakfast - but variation in prices £17.95 on line and found after in hotel it was £14.00. and then £11.00 if booked at reception
The room very poor facilities fridge on carpet next to bed coffee maker on top with only one plug for both, which meant unplugging one to use the other. to use kettle meant having to pull TV forward to find the plug no other plug points available anywhere to use ironing board or hair dryer. NOT what we would have expected in a SUPERIOR ROOM. We had difficulty in paying RINGO for our car parking as did Hotel Reception. Perhaps they should look into this.
Front of House Staff were Warm and Welcoming, The Breakfast Waiter and Waitress, Thomas and Rose Were Friendly and Very Helpful
No Outside Window to Open ,For Fresh Air, I know we had Air Condition , but not the Same, when I Book For Next Year, is it possible for me to Request 1st Floor Room
Good breakfast buffet. Good location near Piccadilly railway station and city centre
One blanket in double bed. Bad ventilation but possible to open window
Great location
The air conditioning wasn't working properly. Had to have a fan in the room was very hot. The room was quite dated and needed refurbishment.
Convenient location
A bit underwhelming. Not brilliant value
Got harassed by 1 staff asking for review and had one senior staff in reception with arrogant attitude. All was good still left 4 star for the hotel with those feedbacks.
Now I get £100 parking fine for staying 31 mins over by 24 hrs paid parking and the hotel says they can’t help with this.
I have my VAT receipts that says I am allowed to park till 4:29 pm and thats precisely when I tried and left the building. Everyone that I’ve told about this is appalled.
I rue the day sky scanner suggested me this hotel when I specifically searched with filter for hotel with parking. If you don’t have a parking, don’t advertise and scam customers. I pay £20.60 for hotel parking which was the most I have paid in my 2 week holiday and of all the places, yours is the one that issued the parking fine too. Completely unacceptable.

Wonderful location. Really clean and with ongoing renovation it will no doubt get better. I thought I was in the wrong place at first and the reception felt really fancy! Massive tv in the room too which was great. Breakfast amazing.
2 things but one is completely out of the hotels control. My room was facing the Gardens and it was extremely noisy all day and night but once I got to sleep it was fine. Secondly was the heat, the whole hotel felt so warm. This is obviously personal and I’m sure it doesn’t always feel this way.
Loved the feel of the room, very clean and tidy. Great view of the city :)
We had a stay a while ago and it was fine. This time there was no internet to speak of. Even our phones didn’t get enough signal. Wasn’t overly pleased with the quality of the room (torn sheet). It was not what I expectedd for the rather price.
Everything. As stated - no where close to being value for money.
Staff were great
The room I payed for had broken AC and I had to be moved losing out on the money I had spent
