Very close to Dotonbori street and a short walk to trainstation. Very friendly staff and everything was clean

繁華街の端っこで、住宅街の中にあったので、夜は静か
洗濯・乾燥機が２台あって、トータル2時間かかって400円は安いと思った

チャイナタウン化しているエリアでした。少し怖かった。

荷物を送るために段ボール購入したけど、100と120という販売可能のサイズを確認した上で指定したサイズを購入したはずなのに、全く違う、60という聞いてない小さいサイズの段ボールを出して来た挙句、販売可能と聞いていたサイズは在庫がなく、大きめのサイズを購入しなくてはいけなくなった。
朝、段ボールを送る時も、他の宿泊者もアジア系外国人が多くて、チェックアウト時のフロントはうるさく最悪でした。
フロント2人いて、1人はチェックアウト対応しているのに、もう1人はボーっとしてるし。
私は重たい荷物持って待ってるのに、視界に入らないようにしながら、うるさく団体客がチェックアウトしていなくなったあと、雑談し始めて驚愕。フロントの指導がなってないと憤慨しました。

Hervorragende Unterkunft mitten in Dotonbori

Wahrscheinlich das beste Preisleistungsverhältnis, was ich in den letzten Jahren bekommen habe. Sehr freundlicher Empfang, sehr zentrale Lage, ich kann das Hotel wärmstens weiterempfehlen
