Please note that on-site parking is available for guests only at an extra cost and subject to availability. Limited parking throughout September due to the Southampton International Boat Show.

The staff didn’t want to know about the problem we had at not very professional

Cons:

We ungraded the room but the shower was cold and no shower gel in the container

Pleasant 5 night stay
Pros:

Hotel is in a reasonably accessible location & room was spacious.

Cons:

Extremely heavy doona on bed. Hotel is rather dated & would benefit from updating. Our room was not serviced one day possibly as we had orignally booked for 2 nights & then added another 3 nights.

クルーズ出発の前泊が目的だったが、観光も食事もショッピングも楽しめた。
Pros:

ホテルのすぐ裏が旧市街なので、サウサンプトンの見どころである歴史地区を散策するにはもってこい。すぐそばにウエストキーと呼ばれる大きなショッピングモールがあるので、食事や買い物も便利。部屋のテラスから海の景色が楽しめる。部屋のバスタブで疲れが癒せる。クルーズターミナルまで歩いていけるのも助かる。

A very good hotel to stay in Pre Cruise, I will be using this hotel again
Pros:

Lovely hotel pre cruise , I parked my car in the carpark for £10 a day whilst I was on my cruise, . all the staff were lovely and very helpful especially the concierge staff , the evening menu was super , the breakfast which was included was very plentiful with a great selection, the room was very comfortable , but a fridge would have been useful

Cons:

The swimming pool was down a steep windy staircase , which when you have some mobility issues was not idea , but the pool was a good temperatre

Staff were friendly, food was excellent. The room was nice except for the shower door and broken iron

The shower door was hanging off and the iron was old, had bits missing and threw dirty water over my shirt

Not a place to remember
Pros:

Lago war ok, Frühstuck war ok.

Cons:

Sauberkeit des Zimmers. Das Zimmer war nicht sehr sauber und ziemlich run -down. Für diesen Preis nicht ok.

This hotel desperately needs updating and also needs to improve the breakfast

Good location
Comfortable bed

Cons:

Very dated and bathroom was not particularly clean. Receptionist was hard to understand.
Breakfast was extremely disappointing with a very poor selection of fruit. Nobody around to make an omelette

Cons:

bedroom poorly furnished, no coffee table, only one chair.
housekeeping erratic ,didn't make bed on 2nd day, didn't replace water.
check in time quite late.
