the location is perfect

Cons:

The total hotel rooms need more elevators, sometimes we get to wait for so long for our turn and then it becomes full so we had to wait for another decade

Cumberland hotel
Pros:

The hotel was ideally positioned for tube and close to main attractions .The staff we dealt with at check in and at the central bar in the lobby couldn't do enough for us and made our stay so enjoyable.
