اولا الموقع يشفع له ، تعامل الموظفين في الريسبشن اسوء من السيئ عنصريه و يالله يتعاملون مع العرب بشكل طبيعي ، لازم تصعيد الموضوع للسوبر فايزر و كل مرا تعيد الشكوى ، يعني لا الغرفه اللي حجزناها نفسها و لا راضين يمددون لي و أنا بدفع يعني ب اختصار ما ارجع له نهائي متلاعبين بشكل ماهو منطقي خصوصا للعرب و حطو تحتها الف خط

Pros:

Location is in an upmarket area, safe and secure.

Cons:

The room had all its amenities in place and was very clean however, there was an intrusion during our stay. A person entered easily using a keycard. It was not an invited person and I did not like this event happening. I will think twice should I need to book a place in the same area because of this.

لا احد يرد على الاتصال بالرقم صفر. اذا كنت بالغرفة ينقطع الاتصال بالاستقبال الا بعد جهد واصرار واتصال اكثر من مرة
