Nice enough stay but problems with medieval plumbing means that we’d not stay there again.

Cons:

The drains in our room gave us constant trouble. They were blocked on arrival, which was subsequently fixed by staff. Then an absolutely FOUL sulphurous odor emanated from them, almost like stale urine. Staff came and tipped some deodorant down the drain, but it had minimal effect.

النظافه جدا معدومه، ريحه الزباله بالممرات. عطونا اول شي غرفه جنب المصعد و الحمام له ريحه سيئه و طلبنا منهم تبديله و اضطرينا نطلع لغرفه ثانيه. الممرات فيها ريحه غير محببه. اللوبي مزعج جدا لانه بار اساسا.

Pros:

2-star quality with a central London price tag.
Pros:

Location is the only redeming quality of this hotel. Breakfast buffet has a decent selection of items, but the produce quality is terrible.

Cons:

If this is a 4-star rated hotel, the standard star rating system is no longer relevant. Hotel is extremely busy and loud, with masses of people constantly coming and going. Rooms are small, terribly outdated, poorly furnished, and lacking basic amenities. Bed is way too soft, and the shower is pretty much unusable, since the shower nozzle is small and fixed to the front panel, without the rain shower or a hand-held. The sound-proofing from the corridor is non-existent, so you will constantly be woken up by the housekeeping or by people just going around and and talking. To boot, I upgraded to the "Hyde park view" room, which looked straight into a wall of the building accross the street. When asked if I got the right type of room, the answer was "All the rooms on that side are Hyde park view rooms, but the amount of view you're getting is the luck of the draw" - classy stuff all the way. For a 300+ pounds per night, absolutely not recommended.

L’emplacement à la sortie de métro Marble Arche sur la ligne rouge et sur Oxford street
Chambre au calme , donnant sur une cour

Cons:

Le hall immense et impersonnel et avec toujours beaucoup de monde et d allées et venues
Le petit déjeuner est bon mais beaucoup de monde et très cher ( 25£/ pers)
