Bra beliggenhet, store rom, men upersonlig, bråkete og med merkelige renholdsrutiner.
Pros:

Rommene var store! Veldig bra. Perfekt beliggenhet. Smart heis.

Cons:

Resepsjonisten fant ikke reserveringen vår, og virket til aldri å ha sett en skandinavisk bokstav før (!), altså Æ, Ø, Å. Seriøst, i London? To dager ble ikke rommet rengjort før vi gav beskjed kl. 19. På nett: "Sportsbar på hotellet" - i praksis fantes den ikke. Utrolig bråkete entre-område, man måtte rope til hverandre og betjeningen uansett tid på døgnet.

Pros:

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel ! Nous n’y avons séjourné qu’une seule nuit, mais tout a été parfait du début à la fin.

À notre grande surprise, notre chambre était déjà prête à notre arrivée à 10h du matin, ce qui a été très apprécié. Le personnel est extrêmement serviable, accueillant et toujours souriant.

La chambre était très agréable et l’emplacement est tout simplement exceptionnel : à quelques pas du métro, à deux minutes d’Oxford Street et tout près du quartier de Mayfair. C’est l’endroit idéal pour découvrir Londres à pied ou en transports.

Le hall de l’hôtel mérite également une mention spéciale : la décoration est très soignée, l’ambiance est chaleureuse et le bar est un vrai plus.

Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans la moindre hésitation. Pour nous, c’est l’un des meilleurs hôtels où séjourner pour visiter Londres

We were very stressed out and it was 34 degrees that day and we were trying to suffer our last place of stay but as soon

The air con was amazing for those hot days as we had to move from accommodation before staying here that had none and it was like night and day, the staff were amazing really accommodating as we booked it 30 mins before we arrived as it was last minute and they were so kind to us

No value for money at all.
Pros:

- Bad fungi smell all over the place from entrance, reception, lifts, restaurants, and corridors.
- The hotel is crying for a renovation everywhere.
- I booked more than 2 months ahead hoping for a good room view and location. I got the worst and then I came to know that you have to complain so they try to get you what you want.
- Not suitable for more than 2 persons at all. Almost no furniture, expect for the two beds and a table under the TV. All other hotels had much more storage areas.
- Carpet cleanness in the room and corridors is 2 out of 5. I could tell every time I walk without my sleepers.
- Bathroom is very small and not suitable for a family.
- Shower mixer is faulty, does not handle water pressure, and I got myself burned because it was rolling on its own.
- Breakfast is very bad. Limited, poor, and cheap. Bad coffee. Bad bakery.
- Just outside the hotel, the cigarettes buds are all over. A pair of suitable trays there would have helped the cheap view.
- Guests has to provide personal emails and agree to receive marketing in order for them to access the internet!! the website and other channels say "free internet"
- No value for money at all.

A nice place to stay
