Très très bon choix pour votre séjour à Londres
Pros:

L’hôtel est très bien placé a quelques mètres d’une station de métro ou de bus, près d’Oxford street. Le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel de part le choix salé/sucré, fruits..la propreté est impeccable tout comme le confort du lit. Le personnel est au petits soins pour les clients.

Overall a great experience but some people need to learn manners.
Pros:

Saleh at the concierge desk and door was so so lovely a true gentlemen and was very helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The rest of the concierge staff were also very approachable and helpful too.

Cons:

We ran into difficulty during our stay and one of the managers at the concierge desk older man with glasses whose name wasn't shared, was not helpful at all, he promised he would help us in our predicament but instead went home and we had to follow up ourselves as we didn't hear from him.

Pros:

Location great, comfy bed! Loved the fact the window opened AND there was air con. Got an upgrade on check in which was nice.

Cons:

The lobby is way too noisy. Was worried it would affect the rooms but it didn’t, fortunately.

Very comfortable stay at the Cumberland. Excellent location! I would stay again!
Pros:

Great lobby in the hotel. Energetic bar and restaurant which was nice. The rooms are great. Little fridge, coffee pods and cookies with tea a nice touch. Comfortable bed. Service and concierge was excellent! Thank you!

Cons:

Tub was a bit high in my bathroom so difficult to get in and out. Maybe provide a non slip mat also.
