Pros:

La posizione, l’organizzazione, la colazione a buffet (super!), la gentilezza e la disponibilità di tutto il personale.

Fantastic location, great staff but unfortunately room smelled of smoke

Location was the reason why we stayed - absolutely excellent. The people were so super helpful too

The room smelled of smoke. So much so my PJs smelled bad when I came home!

More or less everything. Excellent, helpful and friendly staff, very nice choice of food and catering facilities, nice modern room and central location.

Cons:

Not a lot to like. It took a little while to get used to the lift system but it proved to be very effective. The bathroom was a bit on the small side and would have benifitted from a mirror light or night light.

موقعه اكثر من رائع قريب من الهايدبارك ومن سليفريدجز ومن هارودز ومن شارع اكسفورد وقريب من المعالم التاريخيه قد يبعد بالسياره 20 دقيقه فقط
بالاضافه الى موقعه فهو يتمتع بطاقم جيد من الموظفين والعمال سواءا على الاستقبال او طاقم التنظيف ، وكل ماتطلبه سريع الاستجابه
سأكرر الإقامه فيه كل مرة

البار والكازينو الموجود بالقرب من اللوبي وكنت افضل لو كان في مكان متواري عن الانظار نظرا لازعاج الاغاني
