The location is great.
The registration clerk I got when first signing in was efficient but very but very short and sharp talking. All others were incredibly nice when I had a question or other reason to talk to them.
We had a wonderful stay at Strand Palace. The hotel is in a fantastic location, the rooms were comfortable and the customer service was excellent.
What stood out most was the genuine care and professionalism of the team, who made us feel valued throughout our stay. Their attention to guests and willingness to help truly made a difference.
We visit London at least once a year, and Strand Palace has definitely won us over. We will certainly be staying here again in our future visits and would happily recommend it to others.

El desayuno muy bueno y variado. La habitación era pequeña pero nos acomodamos bien. La cama contra la pared no es del todo cómoda, pero para 2 o 3 noches, no hay problema. Era exactamente como se veía en las fotos, así que no fue sorpresa. El edificio es antiguo pero interiormente todo es moderno, especialmente los aparatos y grifería del baño. Los detalles nos gustaron mucho. El chocolate, el termo para llenar con agua filtrada (en máquinas ubicadas en cada piso), la cafetera, tetera, etc. Y la ubicación no pudo ser mejor. Cerca de los teatros, Covent Garden y otros lugares de nuestro interés.
Todo nos gustó. Aunque hubiera sido perfecta si la habitación tuviera un poquito mas de espacio.
L’emplacement est vraiment très agréable et idéal mais la contre partie c’est que la rue est assez bruyante, la literie est incroyable surtout les chambres King size supérieure le lit fait 2,40m de large.
La salle de bain est vraiment petite et rien n’est fait pour pouvoir se maquiller aucune glace grossissante , éclairage pas adéquate
