Strand Palace

It all started with a very Friendly front desk person named Sabrina, who made the check-in experience easy. We got to our room and were very pleased to see a large refurbished room with a king-size bed and a new bathroom. The breakfast was superb. The bar was very nice at night, and Anthony at the front door made everything so much fun. The fact that this hotel is opposite the Savoy at a fraction of the price, and its location, makes it a no-brainer.We will be back staying there whenever we are in London.

I spent 2 weeks in August at this hotel and confirmed my opinion about its comfort. The hotel is centrally located, close to the most important museums and attractions in London. Hospitality, helpfulness, and good value for money. Recommended.

A wonderful welcome to the hotel! The receptionist Sabrina was polite, answered all my questions, and even gave me a choice of which floor I would like my single room.. And my room was ready..

This was my first time in London so i decided to stay here as it was a central location. Despite the rooms being small, they were very clean, nicely designed and the beds and pillows were so comfortable. Tiru and Matt at the gin palace bar made the best gin gimlets! Anthony at the front was so welcoming. Michael and Luele at the front desk were very sweet and helpful. Overall love this hotel and would come back!

Just finishing up another wonderful stay at the Strand Palace. It's a fantastic hotel and I'm always spoiled rotten from the moment I arrived. Abducca at reception could not have been nicer and was fantastic at getting me into my room early as I needed to change before a west end show. He even smiled and waved whenever I walked past reception which just made my stay so much nicer. Highly recommend the breakfast it will set you up for the entire day! Great selection and all delicious. Rooms are clean and stylish and very comfortable. Already looking forward to my return later this year.

Great location and very friendly staff! Mohammed and his colleague did a great job handing the baggage for my group. Anthony always provides a cheery welcome whenever leave or come back to the hotel.

Loved the location the staff were amazing they were friendly nothing was too much trouble.
The rooms were lovely even the single rooms were decorated lovely we were overlooking the savoy so grey for the Savoy theatre

Camera molto pulita e la grandezza era perfetta. Doccia eccezionale. Mai trovato un albero con l’acqua così calda.

This is a great hotel in a fantastic area of London. The rooms are large, and the bathroom was very modern and spacious. Great toiletries provided too. Amazing staff and lovely bar and restaurant on site. I had a change of travel dates so had 2 consecutive bookings, and they were able to ensure we didn't need to change rooms. Highly recommended.
