The strand palace is always a good place to stay, and the door Mann Anthony was amazing 😊 the only thing I would like them to do before next time is to look at the coffeemakers and the breakfast buffet because they are not something too read home about. All over a lovely place 😄

Les chambres petites et dans certaines chambres Clim défectueuse et pas de volets dans la salle de bain donc la luminosité était là. Peu d’isolation phonique.
We were in London for our wedding anniversary and they complimented our stay with a card, balloons, chocolate, cashews, and prosecco in our room. How thoughtful. Really lovely bar area and really lovely hot shower.
The bed im sure some people will find comfortable. Unfortunately it was too firm for my comfort but thats preference.

The location is great. Staff very friendly.
Room very small. Very clunky furniture didn’t help! Room was generally clean apart from reception phone that had about 3 layers of dust between keys. No natural light had to put on lights all the time.

Room is too small, tv is too old and small. Windows not good at all basically u see nothing. Also no fridge in the room. I requested they provide u have to beg for it.
Excellent location across the road from the Savoy Theatre and close to Covent Garden Travelling with my grandaughter safety came first. Friendly helpful staff in reception area and on check in desk Clean room, extremely comfortable bed, two soft but supportive pillows. Clean white fluffy towels. Rituals toiletries in he bathroom. In the evening we ate at Haxell' restaurant on site served by friendly staff. Breakfast was substantive. Excellent choice and qualityof pastries, cold meats and fruit as well as a "served from the buffett "hot english brreakfast. We had a small problem on check which was dealt with quickly and subsantively . I must thank the duty manager and staff for their generosity it was unexpected but very well received. I would definitely stay here again . Many thanks for making our Paddington stay memorable
