The door man Anthony is fabulous. The luggage holding service is excellent.
There was a mix up about the room. We were given the key to a room that wasn't ready. When we went to reception to explain, we were not believed and questioned as if we had messed up the room. Obviously a miscommunication between reception and housekeeping - but the customer should be taken seriously. It wasn't even a complaint, but it could have been handled better.

It was totally clean, but when housekeeping changed my bedsheets there were some hairs on the sheets.

Location is fantastic
WiFi was slow, not enough towels and dressing gowns to people booked in the room. Lifts are incredibly slow and with one broken down it meant there was a wait with people pushing in.
日本人ですがこちらのホテルはかなりおすすめです。ビッグベン、大英博物館、ナショナルギャラリーと有名観光地に歩いて行くことができる好立地。スーパーやバス停も近く賑やかな通りなので夜も安心して歩けます。各階に給水器があったため滞在中水を買う回数を減らすことができました。
今だけだといいのですが、エレベーターが3機あるうちの1機が動いておらず非常に混雑していました。
The hotel is impressively good. It’s close to all the main sights, and Trafalgar Square is just a 5-minute walk away. The rooms are cleaned every day. If you want to be more eco-friendly, you can opt out of daily cleaning and get a £9 voucher to use at the bar downstairs. Also there is a funny view on Paddington in front of the hotel.
