Great location
Pros:

The hotel was really convenient for us as we had booked an evening at the theatre in the Strand. The room was great and overlooked the city.

Cons:

Our room wasn't ready when we arrived after 2pm so we had to wait. Breakfast was disorganised. Both coffee machines broke down and there was a long queue for hot food. A self service arrangement would have been better.
The bed in our room was very soft, so not very comfortable.

Lo mejor es la ubicación . Y estaba todo muy limpio. El desayuno bufet muy bien también. Gran variedad y bueno

Cons:

En mi opinión, creo que el hotel no vale la barbaridad que nos cobraron. Esta bien el hotel obviamente, pero no el precio.
La habitación y el baño eran muy pequeños aunque ya cogimos una superior y era un sofa cama, mejorable para un hotel de 5 estrellas en mi opinión.
Creo que no vale la pena gastarse tanto en este hotel porque hay otros con buena ubicación y a la mitad de precio.

Cons:

la nostra camera Superior 337 era divisa da una piccola porta da un’altra camera pertanto avendo dei vicini molto, ma molto rumorosi era davvero difficile dormire. Avendo pagato una cifra molto importante per quattro notti ci si sia aspetta.

The service & Staff were very helpfull & polite,
the Hotel & rooms were very clean/quiet & location was perfect which made our stay a pleasant calm & comfortable stay!
