Everything was good breakfast I hate on 6th floor I was at 6 floor aswell francisco I believe its his name he was very very nice also everyone that worked there housekeeper aswell the only problem was the ac it wasn't that cold other thst that Everything was clean and great that will be my hotel when I go to tijuana

Excelente ubicación y el staff de limpieza y servicio súper amable. Check out rápido y camas cómodas. Recamara es muy amplia y limpia.

Cons:

El desayuno dejaba mucho que desear y los meseros fueron groseros. Además, al hacer check-in la recepcionista me pidió mi número de tarjeta de crédito y su fecha de caducidad. Creo que son datos sensibles que no debieron solicitar. Por último, las paredes son muy delgadas y se escucha todo lo que sucede en las recamaras contiguas. Room service carísimo y comida francamente mediocre.

tarde tres días en recuperar unos artículos que reporté olvidados. resulta que ya estaban en el mostrador, y los que contestaban el teléfono no lo sabían.

Love that it was by Starbucks and in a good location and the building was very nice and clean

Cons:

From the minute, we parked our car it smelled like sewer. When we got to our room, my travel partner has lupus and needs a cool room as you know Mexico is hot and humid. The air conditioner was nonfunctional. They sent two people to fix it and it never got below 72
