Excellent customer service from all the staff

Cons:

The parking costing us every time we had to leave the property. We went to TJ to visit my grandma who was at the hospital so we were in and out of the hotel all weekend and the parking fees racked up.

My last stay. I won’t come back
Pros:

The food was good.

Cons:

The carpets were old and smelly. The towels were also old and not very comfortable. The parking needs attention, I was told I would have a refrigerator and did not. Location not so good when Mexico won. It was impossible to get into the building by car until 1 in the morning. The bar very lonely. Not good!
