Nothing went well at this property.

Cons:

The room was very disgusting. There were stains on the carpet, that looked like blood. The bedspread had holes in it. I woke up at 3 AM with cockroaches crawling on me. I stayed up half of the night and found more bugs in the bed. I didn't know what to do as I was only on my first night but decided to call other hotels and try to find a last minute room. The bathroom light stopped working and the toilet stop flushing as well. I went at 8 AM to talk to the front desk once I had secured a room at another hotel. The front desk women wasn’t apologetic, just annoyed. I asked for a refund and they said they could only refund the second night. They didn't even give me a discount for the first night and said it was because I didn't complain sooner. Should I just completed at 3 AM that there were cockroaches in the bed?? If there were bugs in this room, then any other rooms probably had bugs. It was honestly the dirtiest place Ive ever seen. The outside looked like it had black mold. Motel 6 was cleaner than this place.

Short walk to the stadium
Pros:

Chose this property since it was close to the stadium. It was definitely cheap as intended, but you get what you paid for.

Cons:

Security door for building B broken. Urine left in the toilet that constantly needed adjusting for water. Stains on bedsheets. Chipping and peeling paint above shower, hole with electrical wires sticking out of the wall. Yellow water came out of the tub, let it run awhile and it cleared up.

Comodidad y buen precio
Pros:

La habitación muy cómoda y limpia, no es un hotel de lujo pero las instalaciones están muy bien y la alberca también me encantó. Fui a un concierto justo a la vuelta entonces la ubicación fue demasiado conveniente.

The hotel was across the street from the concert venue

Cons:

Cockroaches, alot of them, crawling on us when we sat on the sofa and when using the bathroom. parking was taken up by non guests, for the concert and no hot water

Location from the stadium.

Cons:

The entry security door was broken and our room deadbolt wouldn't lock. Also the lever to turn on the shower from the bathtub had water running from both which made the shower water pressure low.
