Good range of breakfast choice, overall food
you did not informed those who have preordered their lunch/dinner, that they have a different menu list.
Plenty of Car parking space
Room we had the Air conditioning was not working… so room was very hot .
The friendliness and help fullness of the staff
The bathroom was tiny, would have expected a slightly bigger for the upgrade to premium.
The distance from reception to the room itself was horrendous.
The fact that included in the premium room price was a coffee pod machine, with no coffee pods supplied even on request from reception there was none available.

Staff customer service was shocking from arrival to eating breakfast and staff chatting loudly as if they were guests. Very strange!

We did have a room bump so we had extra space and a fridge
Unfortunately our booking didn't connect from booking.com to the hotel.
The check in staff did resolve the problem and let us stay at the price agreed.
I feel they were understaffed for the breakfast service.
The food was good and plentiful, the poor staff couldn't keep up with cleaning the area and ticking off arriving guests
Nice pool and gym
The AC did not work and it was very hot at night and difficult to sleep. The windows can only be opened a fraction at the top which makes zero difference. Very annoying. I would not stay again on a hot day! Breakfast was good but the coffee machine had broken down that day. The filter coffee they’ve made available was ok though .
