The staff

Cons:

The room, badly designed, falling apart. Very low quality, would never stay here again. A rattling air fan, room was too hot. You could not open the wardrobe door without hitting the hinge of the entry door!

Goed hotel voor bezoeken Düsseldorf. Minder dan kwartier naar de oude stad
Pros:

Net hotel dicht bij het oude gedeelte en met eigen parkeerplaats let wel op grootte auto’s kunnen hier niet in het is vrij smal.

Der Service an der Reception war 1a. Umbuchung des Zimmers war völlig problemlos. Das Personal insgesamt super freundlich und der Manager kam zur persönlichen Begrüßung. Das ist mir in Deutschland noch nie passiert!

Die Klimaanlage könnte etwas effektiver und leiser sein

Locatie en vriendelijk personeel

Cons:

Airco werkte slecht, er komt veel licht door de gordijnen, badkamer erg klein, we hadden een superior room geboekt maar dat was gewoon een standaard kamer, veel herrie buiten
