Pros:

Good location, friendly staff (almost everyone except a few grumpy receptionists; an extra smile when you return from a hard day's work is always appreciated...). I really liked the big room with view over avenue Louise and the uncommon opportunity to be upgraded in a room with private sauna, truly highly appreciated! :)
I also liked the handy and practical small self-service display/shop for drinks and snacks, located in front of the reception area.

Somewhat cheap/poor-quality bathroom products (shampoo, shower gel)
