Nuit blanche et traumatisante a l'hôtel,

L'acceuil du personnel.
Le personnel était très sympathique.

Cons:

C’est sans doute l’une des pires nuits que j’ai passées dans un hôtel. Je ne pense pas y retourner un jour, même si je devais dormir ailleurs.
Nous avons été réveillés à partir de 4 heures du matin à cause d’une violente dispute entre un couple qui a provoqué un véritable scandale. La femme criait tandis que son mari la frappait, et les hurlements étaient extrêmement forts. Nos enfants ont été profondément effrayés et traumatisés par les cris et les violences qu’ils ont entendus pendant de longues heures, au point de ne plus réussir à se rendormir.
Nous sommes restés éveillés jusqu’à 7 heures du matin. Au lieu de passer une nuit reposante, nous avons vécu une nuit de stress, de peur et d’insécurité.
Ce qui m’a le plus choquée, c’est l’absence totale d’intervention efficace pour rétablir le calme et assurer la sécurité des clients. Plus grave encore, aucune intervention de la police n’a eu lieu malgré la gravité de la situation. Nous avons continué à subir le bruit, les cris et le désordre pendant plusieurs heures.
Cette expérience a fortement affecté notre séjour et a laissé une très mauvaise impression de cet hôtel. Un établissement qui se veut accueillant et sécurisé ne devrait jamais laisser une telle situation perdurer sans réaction. Nous n’avons désormais aucune envie d’y revenir.

This time it was good due to room was behind and not on the main street side. With kids and infant it is important that the sleep should be without noise.

Nagyon jó elhelyezkedés, megközelítés, közel a metró, villamos. Tágas, tiszta szoba, kedves fogadtatás.

Cons:

A wifi nagyon akadozott a szálláson.
Egy darab, nagy méretű takaró van a franciaágyon, ami természetesen nem negatívum, csak mi nem vagyunk hozzászokva, és nem igazán szeretjük.

Pros:

L'hôtel est bien situé, près des transports. La chambre était spacieuse et bien équipée. Le lit était tout à fait confortable.

Cons:

J'ai demandé avant de venir s'il me serait possible d'utiliser une des bornes de recharge Tesla présente dans le parking. On m'a répondu que cela était possible. Cependant, une fois sur place, il n'y avait aucune borne Tesla, mais uniquement des bornes Blink dont le coût était extrêmement élevé (la recharge est gratuite sur les bornes Tesla, ce qui a orienté mon choix). J'ai donc du trouver une solution alternative pour charger à un prix normal.

Le parking m'a été facturé 2,50 euros plus cher qu'annoncé par message.

Il y avait de la poussière sur les tables de la chambre (juste un peu, montrant que cela faisait quelques jours que la chambre n'a pas été occupée).

Je pense que l'établissement est de qualité, il reste cependant des marges de progression, notamment en offrant la recharge aux clients plutôt qu'en leur faisant payer un tarif extrêmement élevé (0,60€/kwh pour une recharge lente) et en apportant un soin particulier au ménage avant l'arrivée des clients dans les chambres.
