Quiet location, we had a lovely walk across fields, very peaceful. Lots of parking, secure place. Staff was very friendly. Spacious hotel.
Well…the walls were paper thin. We were in room 111. It is a joined room. But sold as separate rooms. We could hear absolutely everything. The couple next doors argued, then watched TV and then intimate deed, we could hear everything. The door to corridor has a half an inch gap on the bottom and we could hear everybody passing by. I am not sure if all rooms are like that or not, but we did not have a good sleep. Will not be returning.

Easy access from main road yet far enough away for it not to be a noise issue. Value for money was good.
Surprised to find no EV charging available. The shower was over the bath, I would prefer a proper shower.
Friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable bed. Really pleasant foyer/lounge area.
A few maintenance issues in the bathroom, Needs a new tap & the plug outlet was partially blocked, maintenance man did improve it but water still not running away freely. Our friends in a different room had a loose toilet seat.
The long walk to our room
Being a wheelchair user, the access is very easy. Chris does make a change for me.
The space is very easy to move around and the cities were very good. The only very slight criticism is that in the room the bed was a little small for two people however everything else was brilliant.
The catering staff were very good with my allergies and wrote a smiley face on the tray service which was a really nice touch. Food was good too.
Gluten free options for breakfast too.
Headboard is very hard so you need more pillows to sit up comfortably in bed to read or watch tv but pillows were provided when asked.
Could not get a late check in as we asked too late apparently but was not reminded on arrival.
Also local users of the pool made the jacuzzi very busy, had to squeeze our way in after a long wait. It would be good to have some time dedicated in the evenings for guests as it's our only opportunity. Having said that it was pleasant enough especially because catering staff and hotel staff were so nice.
Would stay again.

The room was a bit far away, we’re not sure if it’s because we were going through bookings but all the rooms we booked were always the furthest rooms from the entrance & facilities.

Just nice hotel w good sized family room, good breakfast and facilities. Generally good value for money
The location, The Breakfast, Ambience. All are good and it was pleasant staying away from the city. The overall experience was good in terms of the stay.
The wash basin was giving full hot water in all sides. No phone in the room to convey this and we have to go and speak with reception. Despite we have to use like this until the end of the stay.

Feel the accessible room was poor due to lack of accessibility! Bathroom dangerous for my husband who has mobility issues. Not suitable at all for wheelchair users. Room doors not wide either. Feel this needs to be mentioned as it’s always tricky finding places to stay that are suitable for everyone including those with mobility issues. However, room was very clean. This would be the only reason we wouldn’t return.
