From check in to check out nothing was too much trouble late check out no problem at all and no silly charge for the privilege

One of our party had an issue getting a drink and the young barman in training could do with an etiquette lesson

A great Hotel with lovely staff
Pros:

The gentleman on the front desk was being trained, he apologised for check in taking a while and explained it was his 3rd day. He was so polite, happy and maintained eye contactand a smile whilst talking to me. He made the start of my stay very welcoming.

Cons:

The air con in room 307 want great at all
