Excellent location for our medical appointment.
Trinity at the front desk is very helpful and professional. We enjoyed our stay at this Sheraton Hotel, we stayed an extra night.
Excellent hotel. Great facility.
We really liked the color (teal) to decorate the room. I liked the light on the top of the bed frame. Nice room overall. While we didn't get to fully enjoy the outdoor area due to lack of time, I would have liked to make use of the pool and maybe even the gym.
I loved the size of the entire room. It was very spacious. The pool was clean and the weight room was nice. It was very convenient to have the laundry room right across from me.
The hotel is very nice, but when I got there, I was told they overbooked handicapped accessible rooms, and they upgraded me to an executive suite. The suite was nice, but it was not equipped for me to bathe or use the restroom, no grab bars, a narrow shower, a low toilet, and the shower chair was wobbly and too small. I appreciate the upgrade, and if it wasn't for the personal hygiene part of it, it would have been a 10 star experience
Location great, facilty great, breakfast super.
Workout room not open in middle of day.
New rooms were lovely. Club level was quite nice.
No microwaves in the entire building
Location for my needs. AC worked fantastic.
The staff was excellent and responded quickly to our needs including extra blankets, etc. The room rate was also acceptable given it's closeness to TMC and other medical surgical centers as well as UA.
The only chair in the room was uncomfortable. It was like sitting on a padded bench. OK for short periods, but not easy on the back for longer than 15 minutes. The shower had pleasantly hot water, but was extremely slick when soapy. The bathroom floor was also very slick. I would recommend using non-skid shower shoes.
Ok need up grades
Pool
Close to hospital

The whole look of the motels remodel.
Just a little expensive.
Good location, newly remodeled, large, clean room.
Too dark, not enough lighting. Instructions still going on in the lobby.
The restaurant was good
Staff excellent especially maintenance man Renard I believe is his name.he was kind and helpful during our entire stay. He safely got me and my special needs sister to our room.he quickly fixed our fridge and asked how we were doing the next day. My sister had a surgery that's why we were in town and Renard genuinely cared.he is an asset to the hotel.
The Vista gate entrance heavy metal door was banged all day and night people going in and out also ramp from gate to parking lot needs repair because you get wheelchair stuck on the deep hole at the end.
Bathroom plastic mat very filthy and needs replacement
Rooms ok but dated
