Pros:

Me gustó mucho las habitaciones muy cómodas, la vista es increíble, los masajes que brindan en el spa también son muy buenos, la playa y piscina limpias y lindas. El personal muy atento. Estuvimos en el restaurante La Vela y el mesero Pedro muy atento y servicial, muy amable.

Cons:

Me gustaría que tal vez existiera un menú mas variado para almuerzos y cenas en el restaurante La Vela, tal vez agregar mas platos con carne o pollo.

Very nice location with private beach.

Cons:

Hotel restaurants are more expensive than average. Sea is full of plastic particles and food rubbish each morning, it would be nice if hotel stuff clean it. I had to clean the sea by myself to let my kids swim there.

Surprised for lack of Maintenance Camino Real
Pros:

I love Acapulco, I had stayed before in many Camino Real Hotels around México, And always had a good experience with her facilities and service. The lack of maintenance in the rooms, building and spaces, shocked me a bit. Definitely I won’t go back to this Camino Real, the fridge was not working, the air conditioning was working, but some parts of the air conditioners were not working. The floors were coming apart. The machines in the gym were not working 100%. Some exterior areas floors look dirty and with no maintenance at all. As well, the beds were super saggy…

el hotel permite que la gente aparte las sillas en la playa temprano, puede que ni las usen en el día, pero la gente normal que bajamos a usarlas no encontramos lugar porque todas están apartadas pero vacías...

La Ubicación.

Cons:

El restaurante del desayuno muy pequeño. Hay que hacer fila de espera para pasar y no hay otras opciones (lo demás cerrado).
En recepción el trato amable de quien me atendió cambió cuando le dije que la reserva la hice por booking; cambió la cara, me asignó el área sin remodelar del hotel y cuando le pregunté cómo estaba me contestó que eso había escogido. Nos hizo sentir de segunda 🥲

Mi hotel favorito en Acapulco.
Pros:

Todos los servicios son excelentes, como observación jamás pude ver la bandera para saber que tan factible era entrar al mar, de ahí en fuera excelente

Cons:

Camastros apartados en el área de playa sin gente, solo las toallas, estos espacios permanecían HORAS sin ser ocupados y por ende quien en realidad los necesitaba no podían utilizarlos
