EN GENERAL ME GUSTA EL HOTEL
Me hospedé en una habitación con dos camas, aun cuando viajaba sola, únicamente porque el precio era más conveniente. Durante mi estancia, se me cayeron unos aretes y, al buscarlos, encontré botellas vacías debajo de la cama y calcetines sucios entre el colchón y la cabecera.
Además, hubo un día en que no realizaron la limpieza de la habitación y tampoco dejaron toallas de manos ni de piso. En general, la limpieza fue pésima durante toda mi estancia. Y el servicio de cable malo, cada que cambiaba de canal o sin señal o señal débil.
Es una pena, porque realmente me encanta el hotel, pero considero que deben mejorar mucho en este aspecto.
Su ubicación y relación precio y el buen trato en recepción
El desagüe en la regadera estaba tapado, hubo necesidad de llamar a mantenimiento; la alfombra en los pasillos se ve sucia
I like the facility’s location right in the midst of downtown and its closeness to the Metro stations.
I was assigned a room on the 8th floor, and when I got into the room, I found the bed cover all tossed up.
I went back to the front desk and asked for another room. I was assigned a room in the 6th floor. The AC panel control was locked, and it was hot.
During the two days I stayed at the Wyndham, I did not get the daily courtesy water bottle- in fact, I noticed there was a half filled used water bottle left in the room.
The room was hot at night with no AC. The following day I told an administrator about it, and he sent maintenance staff members who unlocked the control panel and tried to get the room cooler to no avail.
That day the hand towels were taken away and were not replaced.
I had never had such a bad experience when staying at the Wyndham Ambassador Hotel in downtown Monterrey.
I asked a room attendant and a security staff member if they were short of staff and both told me they were. Though this explains all the deficiency in service, it falls short of the hotel’s image and hospitality value.
Sadly, I left the hotel feeling the Wyndham Ambassador it is not ready to provide 1st class hospitality service to neither guests expecting to enjoy their staying in Monterrey, nor to the soccer fans during the World Soccer Championship games.

It’s the second time y my last two visit with you that the A/C is not enough cool in the room in Monterrey Summer Weather the A/C should be work properly my room was 1206 and my visit before this the room was the same type and same thing with the Temperature on the room.

Y es precio es 100 pesos más económico q los hoteles de alrededor
La comida
La habitación olía a humedad, me cambiaron de habitación y seguía oliendo. Las alfombras e instalaciones son viejas, sucias, necesita con urgencia una remodelación.

EXTREMADAMENTE PESIMO, LA SUCUEDAD DE LAS ALFOMBRAS DE PASILLOS Y DE LA RECAMARA, HUELEN MUY MAL, CREO QUE DEBIERAN CAMBIAR LAS ALFOMBRAS O MINIMO LAVARLAS CADA 3 O 6 MESES (OJO, NO ASPIRARLAS), TIENEN SUCIEDAD DE HACE MUCHOS AÑOS, HUELEN MUCHO A SUCIEDAD.
