the location is amazing but the hotel is too old.
I hated the staff from the restaurant especially Fernando who was super unwelcoming and not professional at all. The other staff from the restaurant were also super bad. I had the breakfast included in the room, the first two days i would ask for omlette (eggs) they would give it .. and from the third day, they just decided to not bring me the eggs and asked me to pay extra if i wanted to order. knowing that the breakfast was horrible ! so bad that you can't even eat anything .. no enough choice and what was there was tasteless.
The rooms weren't very clean and there was a smell of dust. the hotel is quite old and for the price they are charging, they could invest to make it better. I will never go back.

Old furniture , bad bathroom and no fridge in the room

Old rooms were old, old-fashioned furniture. Water was not flowing through properly.
El trato de las recepcionistas, les solicite recomendaciones de desayuno y de la manera mas atenta y sincera me dieron un buen norte, excelente ya estoy planeando en ir otra ves a mas eventos del mundial y hospedarme en el mismo hotel

Muy sucio y viejo todo
Personal amable y servicial. Cama cómoda.
Demasiado viejo. Alfombras como de los 80s y no las han cambiado. Mobiliario en mal estado. Salía un gas de Olor fuerte a drenaje de las tuberías.
Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas, la ubicación es excelente, estacionamiento con valley parking es un plus, la atención del personal en general muy buena
La habitación olía demasiado a humedad, la alfombra está sucia, encontramos una lata de bebida al lado de una cama

Tiene buena ubicación en el Centro de Monterrey, me hubiera gustado que tuviera alberca, El aire acondicionado hace mucho ruido y no deja dormir.
Creo que es necesario que tenga servicio médico para resolver algún problema de emergencia y botiquin medico con medicamentos para atender alergias por ejemplo.
