La ubicación es buena. Cuando solicité cambio de habitación, en recepción me asistieron.
Hotel muy descuidado, se nota falta de mantenimiento. Tiene habitaciones modernas y otras muy viejas. Me tocó en una habitación vieja, y al solicitar cambio, me cambiaron a una habitación más moderna. De todas formas, en todo el hotel había mucho olor a humedad y no se veía limpio.

Tiene buena ubicación, y su personal es muy amable y servicial
Las instalaciones son muy viejas, está algo sucio, y huele muy mal, el aire en las habitaciones no enfriaba, nos asignaron una habitación en la cual el aire acondicionado no le funcionaba, el olor en el pasillo era horrible, la alfombra se sentía súper sucia y para terminar las camas estaban súper húmedas( almohada, cobijas, sobre camas, todoooo súper mojado), nos dieron otra habitación en un piso diferente y el olor del pasillo era peor, la puerta nunca abrió llegó el personal a revisarla y nunca pudo abrirse fue ahí donde nos dieron una habitación nueva pero la cerradura en ocasiones fallaba y del aire ni hablar nunca enfrió, las instalaciones súper antiguas y desgastadas, un pésimo olor, y para terminar todavía te cobran el estacionamiento, decepcionado del lugar, si no fuera por su personal que fue de lo más servicial y amable le daría un cero de calificación
