Altogether a very pleasant and comfortable stay
Pros:

the hotels situation was important to me and that was excellent and easy access by code card to room and lift was very handy

Cons:

my only dissatisfaction was the situation of the breakfast food up 3 steps from the dining room which for me was difficult with a disability We were unable to get a small snack as the cafe had closed

Short visit great location in a comfortable room.

Rowdy groups checking in at the same time queue jumped ahead of me at reception and the staff allowed this to happen.

Fabulous stay
Pros:

The hotel is situated right by the train station so if you arrive by train it is fabulous. The decor inside is amazing and all of the staff that we spoke to were friendly and helpful, I would even say that some of them were exceptional. There was a lovely ambiance in the hotel bar and sitting areas.
The room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable.

Cons:

We were on the 8th floor and there was no view at all except for a brick wall but it wasn’t a major disappointment as we weren’t in the room for long periods of time.

We would certainly stay here again.
Pros:

The room was large and comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was very good and plenty of variety. We had an evening meal in the restaurant which we enjoyed. The staff were helpful and friendly. The location was excellent near the railway station. It was also very quiet and we did not hear any trains.

Cons:

We would have liked a more comfortable chair to sit and watch TV and sit and drink a cup of tea.
