Brrakfast was excrptional
Gym was locked early in the motning
It's really a historic place and it's worth while a stay at least once! You have even an access directly into the strain station, what is really a nice plus! The room had a good size, what was great since we were 3 people! The beds are confortable and all was clean. We didn't have breakfast but visited the bar and the coffee; all great and very friendly staff!
We were lucky to haven't have had noisy neighbours, but you could hear from time to the closing fo the other rooms doors close by and discussions through the room door.

Single glazed window with a draughty noise all night kept us awake.

The locality, nearest to the train station. This is important as I am now disabled.
I arrived a little earlier than expected the room wasn't ready abd was being cleaned. When I got to my room, the floor had not been vacuumed. The towels were damp and the toilet not flushed. The shower was over a bath which as a person with disability was impossible to access.
Although breakfast was good, access to the restaurant and the warm food is up and down a short flight of stairs and at no time was I offered any kind if assistance.
The staff I came in contact with were very disinterested.
I've been to the Queens a number of times and it is very sad to see that the standards have slipped so badly.
Very strategic location, gave me opportunity to walk around the center of the city. The hotel rooms are very well maintained and clean. Very comfortable bed. Very nice tv stations to watch the World Cup. Breakfast okay but need to make varieties example fried eggs etc. I enjoyed my stay.

كل شي كان ممتاز الموقع قريب من محطة القطار والسنتر والغرفة وسيعه ومريحة ونظيفة انصح فيه بشده
لم يعجبني ان عند طلب سلبر للغرفه تم الرفض بحجة ان هذا النوع مع الغرف لا يتوفر فيها السلبر (slipper) بالإضافه الي عدم توفر اغراض الحمام من غطاء الرأس واعواد الاذن كما هو المفروض في جميع فنادق ال4 نجوم
ايضا ملاحظه ان بعد تنظيف الغرفه تم تقليل عدد الفوط الموجوده بالحمام !!

الفندق نظييف وجميل، وموقعه ممتاز عند محطة القطار مباشرة، كرماء صراحة الماء يعطونك على كثر احتياجك مو بالحبة، المرافق نظيفة وفيه تكييف.
وصلت ليدز الصبح حول الساعة 10 أو 11 صباحاً وبالرغم إن واصلة من رحلة طويلة ومتعرضة لحادث سيارة قبل رحلتي وخبرتهم إني واجد تعبانة ما تساعدوا وياي و دخلوني الغرفة على الوقت، موعد تسجيل الدخول 3:00 عصراً هم دخلوني 2:40 تقريباً.
