Great stay at the Queens Hotel, Leeds.
Pros:

Just returned from a great stay at the Queens Hotel. Leeds. The room was well equipped and clean with a view over City Square. Breakfast was top quality with great service. Reception staff were great; especially Sam and Evan; nothing was too much trouble. We will defo return again and would certainly recommend a stay.

Pros:

Location is perfect. All staff are super friendly and helpful. Beds are incredibly comfortable.

Cons:

Some tired bits of decor, especially in the bathroom and our shower leaked.

Highly recommend.
Pros:

Excellent location. If arriving by train there is direct access from station into hotel via intercom controlled door.
Superior twin room - very good.
Decor great.
Buffet breakfast - good selection. Weekday until 9.30am. 10am would have been preferred.
Happy hour - lovely margarita.
Evan on reception very helpful & friendly. Who you want in a customer facing role.
