The only things I didn’t really like were the late check-in time at 4 PM and the fact that there was no kettle in the room. A kettle would have been a nice and useful addition, especially for making tea or coffee. I also found the 4 PM check-in quite late compared to the usual check-in times at most hotels. Overall, I think these are small things that could make the stay more comfortable.
When we went into the hotel room, there was a used towel being tried on the chair. The room was generally so dirty that initially we thought it was part of the decor. The next day the team was kind enough to change the room but the first day really sullied the experience.

Koko kylpyhuone lattia lainehti vettä suihkussa käydessä. Lattiakaivo tukossa. Sanoimme henkilökunnalle asiasta, mutta he sanoivat että reklamaatiot täytyy tehdä sähköisesti jonnekin. Se jäi meiltä tekemättä kun olimme lähdössä lomalle Madeiralle. Loman jälkeen en enää muistanut tehdä. Toivoisin teiltä hoitamaan asia , reklamoida puolestamme. Me toivomme että epäkohta korjataan heti. Meille siitä riittää ilmainen yöpyminen, illallisen kera, jossain Scandic hotellissa, Suomessa.

La ubicación y la cercanía con el transporte público.
El cuarto de baño se inundaba al ducharte, porque la mampara no estaba sellada por el suelo.
También el ruido del metro por la noche.
El sofá cama no es muy cómodo, vale para una o dos noches solamente.

There were cracks in the mirror in the first room we stayed in. The vibes in the hallway were a little weird and creepy. The elevator was super small.

Hommikusöögil oli valikut kõigile- puder, hommikuhelveste valik, jogurtid. Olin lastelastega, kes on erinevates vanustes ja kõik said kõhu täis. Pakuti ahjust tulnud sooje saiakesi!! Pannkoogid moosiga, kodujuust, munad.
