Location, large room for Amsterdam (Twin Superior), clean, very good room equipment - everything in right place, perfect adjustable bed, soft mattress; large bathroom, one of the receptionists was very nice and hospitable person, also Cyrielle from reservation department helping with booking
Missing common area or entrance hall, just reception desk and lifts - 4* hotel should be have; corridor on the floor wasnt clean, unexperienced new staff at reception desk at check-out, 200,-€ deposit
The location is fantastic and the rooms are clean spacious and great value for money.

Horrible experience from such reputable 4 stars hotel from Accor. I stay in the hotel, the safe was not working and things was stolen from the room. The hotel did not have any investigation even after 2 days and can’t even provide information if anyone enter the room because the room was not even cleaned. Please take care of you valuable during your stay.
Center of the center of the Amsterdam, beat location ever, everything is 10min maximum walk from all directions.
