Kyoto stationa yürüme mesafesinde, çok merkezi bir konumda. Resepsiyonda ve genel olarak otelde çalışanlar güler yüzlü yardımsever. Oda japonya tatilimiz boyunca gördüğümüz en konforlu, en geniş en temiz odaydı, günlük temizlendi. Otelin sağladığı içecek, buz makinesi, otomat , çamaşır yıkama hizmetleri güzeldi

Otel çalışanları çok ilgiliydi. Odalar temiz ve gayet kullanışlıydı. Otele ve çalışanlarına teşekkür ederim.

Perfekte Unterkunft für einen Aufenthalt in Kyoto.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr verkehrsgünstig in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof Kyoto und trotzdem ausgesprochen ruhig. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und unser Bett war groß. Alles war sehr sauber und die Atmosphäre sehr angenehm. Die Ausstattung bot alles, was wir für unseren Aufenthalt in Kyoto brauchten. Gut war gerade auch, dass zwei Waschmaschinen zur Verfügung standen, auch wenn diese von vielen Hotelgästen begehrt waren.
Das sehr reichhaltige Frühstücksbuffet bot neben verschiedenen und täglich auch etwas variierenden asiatischen Angeboten auch einige europäische Akzente. Neben den in Ostasien selbstverständlich üblichen Stäbchen gab es auch Messer und Gabel zum Essen.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Für unsere Zwecke hätten wir kein besseres Hotel finden können.

Cons:

Tatsächlich hat uns alles sehr gefallen.

Pros:

從京都車站走出後，比預期中路程還短；拉大行李移動的路面也相當平整，很好移動。
因為行李遭航空公司損壞，櫃台人員協助聯繫航空公司，並在隔日給予文字回復聯絡細節並直接投遞至房間，相當貼心。
房間很大，足以攤開兩個大行李箱，還留有其他移動空間，浴室浴缸及整體空間也十分夠用，乾燥度足夠；床的軟硬度適中，所訂雙床且每床配有兩顆枕頭，很舒適。
因為連續入住兩晚，可以選擇是否環保整理房間，比如只換毛巾、不需要更換被單等選項；B1提供也免費飲品及休憩空間，飯店整體上很不錯，會願意在下趟旅程中做為首選。

100% zu empfehlen
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, die Lage direkt neben Kyoto Station mit Zug-, Metro- und Bussanschluss nach allen Richtungen ist perfekt. Die Zimmer sind für Japan als sehr groß zu bezeichnen. Unsere (406 und 408) schauten in Richtung Kyoto Station, das Fenster war durchsichtig und konnte geöffnet werden. Wir haben den Luggage forward service genutzt, ca. 15 Euro für einen großen Koffer, um 9:00 abgegeben, um 12:00 war es schon im Hotelzimmer im Osaka - diesen Service kann ich wärmstens empfehlen!!

Cons:

Die Betten und die Kissen fanden wir eher unbequem, aber das ist ja eine sehr individuelle Empfindung.
