Pros:

Right next to the Kyoto station, so it was very convinient for moving around. Our room was very spacious and clean. The staff was very helpful when we had trouble using the air conditioning (it was all in japanese, so we did not know how to use it). Would totally stay there again! :)

Highly recommended for anyone looking for a pleasant stay in Kyoto
Pros:

The location of this hotel is unbeatable—being right next to Kyoto Station and Porta made getting around the city, shopping, and dining incredibly convenient. We also loved how quiet the room was, and the nice, comfortable bed guaranteed a sound sleep every night. Combined with the courteous staff and impeccably tidy lounge, it made for a perfect stay!

Very close to Kyoto Station, reasonably priced, and with a sufficiently spacious room. All necessary amenities. Free access to a lounge with coffee (moderate taste), tea, and juice. Easy access to numerous good restaurants in the station building.

Cons:

The window directly faced another building, so there was no view, nor any possibility to open it.

Excellent location and service
Pros:

Excellent location just a few minutes walk from central Kyoto station.
Staff was extremely respectful and kindly allowed us to check in early as the room was ready.
We could refill our water bottles from the dispenser on the lower level.
The hotel provided any item you might require (shaver, shampoo/conditioner, toothbrush, etc).
Room was comfortable and relatively spacious.
We did not try the breakfast.

Cons:

No complaints
The window did not open and was frosted with a decorative screen to cover it. We were told this on check in, and it was not a problem for us.

Idealnie zlokalizowany hotel w centrum Kyoto. Godny polecenia.
Pros:

Hotel jest idealnie położony, tuż przy stacji kolejki oraz Shinkansena. Wokół mnóstwo sklepów, restauracji. Rozmiar pokoju odpowiedni. Dla gości jest sala z kawą i napojami przez cały dzień, można tam usiąść do pracy lub poczekać na znajomych. Bardzo wygodne gdy się podróżuje z grupą.

Cons:

Nasze pokoje miały okno, ale widok na ścianę, więc w hotelu zamontowano zasłony dekorujące. Trochę brakowało widoku, ale hotel jest w centrum miasta, więc nie ma co się spodziewać cudów :)

Location and helpful staff

Cons:

No breakfast. Expensive to add on breakfast. Especially for vegetarians like us where we can eat only 50% or less of the spread. The same comment for Monterey Hanzoman in Tokyo

Pros:

広々としていて、部屋は、とても良い。
残念だったのはベットの上のクッションの匂いがとても気になった。
駅近なのでどこにいくにも行きやすく、夜遅くでも困ることはなかった。

残念だったのは、クッションカバーの匂いがほのかに気になった。
クッションカバーは、頻繁に交換しないのかもしれないが。
