Pros:

Loved the theme of the hotel, was unique and quirky. Location was brilliant for what we needed.
Staff - AMAZING! Dined at Hippo's and the food was great as well as the service.

Cons:

We were in room #120 which felt dark and a bit run down. Maybe also due to the lack of natural light as the view was a dark wall of the building next door.

It's official, Wellington is awesome.

The rooms, the front bar, the staff were all excellent.

Lovely stay. Premium location. Great for a family stay.
Pros:

Great location, close to all amenities. The staff were friendly and lovely breakfast. The hotel was surrounded by lovely art decors. Nice warm swimming pool. Great for family.

Cons:

The bathroom was a little bit run down.

Pros:

Breakfast was a delight, it’s a shame we don’t get the Full breakfast from at least 630am on Saturday. It would be lovely to have a continental breakfast since 40 of us need to depart to start our day at 730am. Otherwise everything else is perfect.

Cons:

Saturday Continental breakfast to commence at 630am please. This is an annual event we attend with at least 40 of us staying here at the same time. We book a private restaurant for Friday dinner at the Restaurant across the path. And we depart the QT the following Monday.

It’s a beautiful property in a great location
Pros:

Close to the venue where the event was

Cons:

The AC wasn’t as intuitive as you’d expect and in the middle of the night the temp of the room was way too hot.

Overpriced for what it is tired outdated crap coffee...... The non Indian staff were amazing...... Indian staff had zero clue ..
Pros:

Ok hotel, clean well presented but........ Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Coffee in room was garbage.... I had upgraded to a one bedroom apartment as there for 3 nights probably not worth it said barista coffee in room.... Pod machine with cheap coffee pods. Plus milk was the stupid tiny capsules..... Revolting...... Breakfast was ok over priced for what it was, and guess what coffee machine in restaurant only could make a long black or black coffee...... Certainly wouldn't stay again.....

Pros:

Good location and nice cafe on site. Staff are lovely.

Cons:

My room was a bit rundown / shabby which is really disappointing. They really need to paint the skirting boards and deep clean mould in corners of the shower. Overpriced tbh.
