all was great apart from hearing issues in Graeme’s shaw room
As he was a guest from UK the experience was not pleasant at all and this was a bad image on my choose to this accommodation
considering the price, the experience and expectations we’re overrated
Proximity to venue they held my confidence in.
Room service. Terrible, took one hour-and a half to get my food delivered just some beef and fries.
Staff informed us to compensate they wouldn’t not be charging for room service on my first night. We’ll see about it tomorrow at the bill.
Location, view, artwork and swimming pool
Tea cups are too small for a proper cup of tea
Such friendly staff at check in and throughout our stay. Room was fantastic and loved the location. Bed was super comfy as well.
Ambience and staff
Bed was uncomfortable due to being 2 singles pushed together which created a lump in middle

Your lobby bar needs to stay open for quests returning from shows. Many people were very disappointed at being told all closed down at 10pm. There were large groups wanting to relax and enjoy the bar facilities.
The artwork is really unique, and it’s in such a great location. Such a cool place!
The room service menu was quite limited, and unfortunately, the food was only average.
The staff are very friendly, the environment is very good and clean and the overall decoration/design is beautiful. Would 10/10 come back to stay at this hotel
