Great spot, would come back!

The art culture and location

Cons:

Bed very soft. That we couldn’t access the upstairs bar due to function. We booked thinking we could have a nice cocktail up there before and after our event- didn’t know it closes for bookings. Downstairs bar was closed.

Wonderful getaway for two.
Pros:

The poop, spa pool, gym and sauna were all great facilities. The arty work everywhere is very cool and sets a great vibe.

Enjoyable. I would definitely stay again

Location excellent.

Cons:

I am a very elderly woman !!! At 7pm I asked the lovely lady on reception if there was a rubber mat to put on the shower floor. I am always wary of slipping . She said she would find out and ring me back. I gave up waiting so very carefully had a shower. Great handles if you’re having a bath but no use to anyone having a shower. No ph call came

Pros:

Loved the theme of the hotel, was unique and quirky. Location was brilliant for what we needed.
Staff - AMAZING! Dined at Hippo's and the food was great as well as the service.

Cons:

We were in room #120 which felt dark and a bit run down. Maybe also due to the lack of natural light as the view was a dark wall of the building next door.

Lovely stay. Premium location. Great for a family stay.
Pros:

Great location, close to all amenities. The staff were friendly and lovely breakfast. The hotel was surrounded by lovely art decors. Nice warm swimming pool. Great for family.

Cons:

The bathroom was a little bit run down.

Beautiful clean ammenities friendly staff all round
Pros:

Breakfast was a delight, it’s a shame we don’t get the Full breakfast from at least 630am on Saturday. It would be lovely to have a continental breakfast since 40 of us need to depart to start our day at 730am. Otherwise everything else is perfect.

Cons:

Saturday Continental breakfast to commence at 630am please. This is an annual event we attend with at least 40 of us staying here at the same time. We book a private restaurant for Friday dinner at the Restaurant across the path. And we depart the QT the following Monday.
