Excellent value for money. Lovely hotel.
Pros:

Surprised at how good it was. Reception staff very friendly and precise. Parking very easy. Room and bed more than comfortable. But best of all the restaurant meals were excellent including a very good breakfast. Overall very good value all round.

Cons:

Finding the entrance to the hotel as it is still recognised as Holiday Inn on Nav. Also floor one has extract fans outside the rear rooms if it affects your sleep Luckily it didn’t affect us.

Cons:

In the lobby waiting for our room, two hyperactive 6 year olds were playing loudly, frequently screaming, rude and bothering guests.
The mother ignored all requests to stop them while she socialized with her friends. The hotel staff was ineffectual and the problem continued.

Other than this situation (which went on for at least two hours) the hotel staff was great.

Super good.
Pros:

The staff were superb ans so helpfull and freindly. The food was exellent. Big thanks to all. Hotel wzs a short walk from the cruise terminal.super breakfast also.Really finished our vacation off with a big plus.

Pros:

The hotel was central and easy to access

Cons:

The room was not very clean, toenail clippings at side of bed, the room had not been hoovered and bed not been made properly with a visible imprint on the bed of where the last person sat. The shower door was missing the bottom seal meaning the floor flooded when the shower was on. The outside noise kept us awake till the night club music ended at 4am and we were on the 8th floor with windows closed. The lifts are also incredibly small for the size of the hotel. Has the potential to be a great hotel if attention to detail, cleanliness and better double glazing was improved. Staff are lovely but the hotel let them down. Disappointing stay.
