Not many things I’ve liked but the bed was comfy and shower was good quality
When we came up the ac didn’t work in our room and my sisters other room they offered us 30prc refund or breakfast.We’ve asked about other room but they’ve said they are overbooked . We had fan in the room but still was not even close to ok and that’s why we are really disappointed
Clean , lovely pool , shower was lovely , breakfast great , free parking . Air con was amazing
Nothing
Free parking was a bonus as Delta by Marriott charge £ 7.50 per day at Piper's Way nearby , which adds up if staying several day.
Staff were pleasant and helpful. Decent breakfast choice. Room comfy with everything needed and air con which worked and was not at all too noisy.
Twin bed was a bit too soft for me. Hard pillows, but managed to change with the other twin bed in room.
The dining room has a bit of a "canteen" feel about it. It never used to be like this as I have stayed here quite a few times over the years. Could do with smaller dining area's and a more "homely" feel.
Everything ….we have been before but this time couple of little minor issues
So first was problem with air con so we tried to phone reception phone wasn’t working so one of us went down they said they will send an engineer and a fan as it was very hot … after couple of hours I had messed about with it and got it on full fan and low temp and we was happy so cancelled engineer but said as we had a pet would take the fan yet still waiting for that !!!
My chap went to sauna lost his pound coin in locker 18 told staff they came to help put a coin in and that lost as well but they didn’t resolve the problem so had to chance it and hide valuables in shoes .
First breakfast on Saturday we had
No cereals
One knife
No serviettes
One egg per poached serving when it states two
Quorn or veg sausages instead of full meat
No cheese
Evening meal second night bar man lovely took order right very attentive served first course brought us everything we needed spot on then we didn’t see him and we git a Chinese girl walked past us with our teas when we answered they was ours then pulled a face when she came back and said we said no I said no you misheard then she didn’t bring the peas so when they came the meal was finished after finding a hair in the meal and she said she will pass it on totally unbothered and totally different manner to other staff we have come into contact with
While we had evening meal the queue was massive for checking and ppl kicking off as they had been waiting an hour for rooms they were promised and didn’t get
Sunday however was different again
Breakfast delivery and trays and presentation were spot on and extras and compliments to chef also and Joshua was back in control in front desk with a difference of work ethic remembering ppl dealing quickly and efficiently and friendly and professional as always
it was quiet
Bathroom was poky, very little room to manoeuvre.

Leisure facilities in poor state,saunas are in the changing rooms so useless for a family.
Everything was amazing. Staff so helpful. Came home feeling so relaxed..
