Staff friendliness and professionalism fantastic. Request real milk further in room and received it. When saw no lift when I was looking further it a staff member came to my aid and carried bag up.
Fur room being dated it made up for it with beautiful walk in shower which was lovely,
Good parking and no issues using the parking check in console on desk.
Very close to hospital which I needed as had appointments over two days and lived out of town.
Hadn’t realised there wasn’t a list and had a disability. Disabled parks but no customer lift which I thought odd. Staff member helped carry bag up.
Dated and a bit rough in rooms with decorating and decor.

There were some rude staff. The food was low quality and the pool was too acid that it burnt our sons skin badly and despite them knowing about this they didn’t advice to get out of the pool

I can not praise the staff enough. Everyone was externally nice and helpful with a true smile on their face! Extremely happy with the staff! Food was also very nice. Location is very convenient close to the motorway and close to all the tourist attractions.
The hotel may look nice and modern on the pictures however reality is a bit different. The hotel looks like it is about 40 years old and it was neglected for many years and recently renovated but only the bare minimum to get it back on track. Windows everywhere have big gaps - can't imagine to stay there in winter.. they are also single glazed and dirty. All doors, walls and structural posters are very worn. New beds and carpets are in alright but you don't really feel comfortable. The swimming pool area is quite nice however very dirty... Pool, changings, showers, sauna... They are manky.. dirt in all corners - not "daily build up" but weeks neglect.. I have paid around £110 for a bed only but I would rate it for not more as 70-80 tops..

Over priced, noisy. Poor standard, compared to the oldest Travel Lodge, I will never stay here again!

The hotel needs a bit of a spruce up, showing its age. Even though we had booked a room for three adults the facilities in the room were only for two, we had to request more towels, extra cup and glass and extra teabags and milk, only 2 teabags and 4 milk in the room.
We had the evening meal and breakfast included in our stay - it was fantastic value for money and it definitely exceeded our expectations. Very friendly staff too which is a bonus.

Food in restaurant has gone down hill and not the variety and quality of food at breakfast that l had experienced with previous visits. Also the steak dinner was terrible
Das Personal am Frühstücksbuffet war nett und hilfsbereit, das Frühstück war gut. Die Zimmer waren sauber.
Das Gebäude ist von außen schon sehr alt und von innen ebenfalls. Die Farbe der Möbel war vielleicht in den 70ern beliebt. Die Wände hatten Risse. Die Gardinen waren grau. Das Hotel müsste komplett renoviert werden. Der Poolbereich ist ebenfalls sehr alt und renovierungsbedürftig.
