Cons:

The extra security charge -esp if you have more than one room- parking is a disaster!! When trying to speak to anyone about charges I was re routed several times w a promise for call back. Still waiting on that call back months later.

Cons:

Extremely disappointed with how this situation was handled. After checking out, I realized I had left my Apple Watch in my room. The last known location on the device showed it was still at the Hyatt. I called immediately and was told I would receive a call back, but no one ever followed up.
I had to call multiple times, including waiting on hold for nearly 20 minutes, before being transferred to Security. While Security apologized, I was told the room had already been cleaned and the watch was not found.
My Apple Watch's last known location was the hotel, yet it was never reported to Lost & Found.

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like was the sheets on the bed. The bottom sheet wasn’t fitted and it kept coming out from the tuck and bunching up under me

Pros:

The hotel was clean and very nice! Overall, great experience and great price! Would stay again! Also, can't beat the location was able to walk everywhere!

Stayed a few times and will stay again and again
Pros:

Very close to all the sites of St. Louis. A short walk to the ballpark, the Arch right outside the door and the zoo only 10 minutes away. My only complaint is that the Starbucks in the hotel is not great and is often out of everything I want to order but that's a Starbucks problem.
