The hotel all in all was great!
The draw shade in the room was broken, we held it up with some luggage so as to see outside.
The shower soap dispenser was empty, the shampoo & conditioner was ok.
The shower handle came off.
The music in the restaurant at 8:00am sucked.

You hide the fact that there is an additional high parking fee. I think that should be noted and easy to find.

Every staff person we ran into was beyond personable and helpful. Everyone truly was accommodating and helpful.

Great hotel and staff across the street from the Arch. I’ve stayed before, this stay was for my wife and sister-in-law who had never seen the Arch before. I requested a room with a good view of the Arch and that’s exactly what they had. Thanks to the staff, couldn’t be happier. We’ll definitely stay every time we’re in the area.
Overall high points of this hotel:
-Cold AC temperatures were felt through out the property
- 8 min walk go Busch Stadium
- Red kitchen Breakfast was the best !! Max our waiter was attentive to every tables needs and polite.
-Checking in was a bit confusing bc no signs indicated were limes to start.
- my room didn’t have everything in stock in the bathroom.
I like the location of the hotel. The bartender was very nice and also the waitstaff. I will say the drinks are pretty good as well but quite expensive.
Where do I even start? I am extremely disappointed… When I first got here, the valet driver actually started to drive off while I was still unloading my vehicle. The shower was ice cold the first time I used it and never got hotter than lukewarm anytime else. The refrigerator in my room kept my things barely above room temperature which was aggrevating to say the least, because I had a few perishable items with me that I couldn’t enjoy. The WiFi wouldn’t connect because my last name was not entered in correctly under the reservation, even though I was able to check in perfectly fine. Also for that reason, when I tried to get my car out of valet, the man was hesitant to get it for me was pretty defensive about it. I was very excited to stay here but unfortunately I don’t think i’ll be coming back. This was not what I was expecting at all considering it is marketed as upscale and it quite expensive. I booked this as a fun getaway for myself and it was hardly relaxing.
