This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The room was extremely dirty. The duvet and bedding smelled moldy and unclean, and the furniture was dusty and dirty. The air conditioning barely worked, making the room unbearably hot and humid throughout my stay. The hotel itself also had a damp smell.

To make matters worse, one of the elevators was out of service, so we had to walk through the kitchen area every time, which had an unpleasant smell.

Check-in took around 1.5 to 2 hours, which was completely unacceptable. My luggage did not arrive until almost 3 hours later, even after I repeatedly called and complained.

I stayed for 4 nights, and these issues continued for almost the entire stay. The staff did not resolve the problems or make any real effort to improve the situation despite multiple complaints.

The food was also extremely poor in quality. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had, and I would never stay at this property again.

سيئ ولا تكرر مره اخرى السعر مبالغ فيه وقمية التأمين مبالغ فيه ولم يتم ارجاعه هذه اللحظه والاثاث قديم

فقط الموقع والموظفون بشوشين

اولاً الاثاث قديم جداً موب على مبلغ اللي دفعته ابددد .
ثانياً ودورة المياة الله يكرمكم الكبنيه ضعيف وسيئ وقدييييم جداً.
ثالثاً مبلغ التأمين الذي تم اخذه مني كثيير كثييير كثيير على غرفتين فقط حيث تم اخذ مبلغ 600 باوند! ولم يتم ارجاعه الى هذه اللحظه.
وعند الخروج طلبت منهم يجون ياخذون الشنط بعربة الشنط المتعارف عليها لم يتم ارسال احد مع العلم كلمتهم اربع مررات واضطررت ان اسحبها بنفسي وانزلها انا.
رابعاً الاسره كانت سيئة جداااً غير مرييييحه ابداً وصغيره لا تكفي شخصين في السرير مزدوج جداً صغيره.
وعند الخروج قالت الموظفة ان انتم فطرتوا مرتين وخذتوا قهوه من الفطور وهذا لم يتم وعند المراجعه السستم اعتذرت وقالت فعلاً لم يتم الافطار والقهوه انصح بمراجعتهم عند الخروج والتأكد.
القيمة مبالغ فيها جداً جداً لو حصل زيارة مره اخرى بإذن الله لن اكرر هذه تجربة.

Heatwave chaos!
Pros:

Due to extreme weather and systems not working it wasn't the best of stays. We arrived around 4.30 but couldn't get keys to room until after 9pm. Lifts kept failing due to the heat, so long waits to get the one lift that did work. The hotel did their best to compensate with free lounge access.
The staff are exceptional at the hotel, really excellent service, thank you. The room was ok, but very small, had to squeeze between bed and furniture to get around room. The bathroom was large and lovely.

Gave the 4 stars for the lovely staff!
