Exceeded my expectations
Pros:

This holiday inn is lovely, despite me not initially expecting much as it's price friendly for a hotel located so centrally. The facilities are great. They have complimentary pool access, and a starbucks in the lobby with charging ports next to tables, great if you need to do some work. The hotel itself is well ventilated with air conditioning, great escape from the summer heat. The staff are lovely and helpful, and we even got a 'guest of the day' bonus that came with 2 free drinks! Overall it felt very homey - a place you'd want to stay in and chill with your family, partner or friends.

Pour un séjour c est vraiment top car bien situé à hight street kensington avec tous les magasins et il y a le parc ken

Bien situé juste derrière le métro hight street kensington donc très pratique car supermarché tesco express et whole foods juste à côté
Chambre standard avec bouilloire fer à repasser table à repasser petit frigidaire et surtout la climatisation importante avec cette chaleur
sèche cheveux et un coffre fort
Le buffet est varié pour le petit déjeuner

Cons:

Le lavabo de la salle de bains était abîmé et un peu vieillot mais la chambre est très bien donc ça n a pas gâché le séjour

La posizione dell'hotel è ottima, a pochissima distanza dalla metro. Buona la palestra accessibile in generale dalle 6.15 alle 22.00. Personale gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

La camera piccolissima, troppa difficoltà nel muoversi anche in due. Bagno stretto e lungo con un mini lavabo. Lavandoti il viso in contemporanea lavavi anche i piedi. Pulizia da migliorare sia nelle aree comuni che nelle camere. L La colazione a buffet scarsa sia in varietà che in qualità. Discreta la piscina, idromassaggio sempre spento.

Loved the pool and the breakfast. Loved the family atmosphere and the location close to the tube station. It felt very safe here

DÅLIG SERVICE OCH DE VILL BARA TA PENGAR. När vi bokade hotellet så skrev vi tydligt att vi ville ha ett rum med två separata sängar och skickade in denna förfrågan flera gånger för att säkerställa detta. De hade tydligen inga rum med två separata sängar och detta säger de bara när vi har kommit fram. Därför blev vi tvungna att betala en natts avgift utan att ens bo där den natten. ABSOLUT SKAM OCH VILL BARA HA PENGAR.
