Disappointed Stay

Cons:

. The stay was really very poor, lack of understanding with some staff members having to explain a problem several times knowing that it still wasn't understood. Had it only been for the 1st girl who checked us in who was very pleasant it was her last day I'd have given the experience a 0. My room was grubby floor stained breakfast we expected to be busy so got down to it early to find drinks machines not working yet nothing to say so or someone to tell you when the toaster jammed up trying to explain that to a person was difficult the whole experience was bad the girl who checked me out seemed genuine about my issues when presented and offered the next time I return a discount but no way will we use that hotel again sorry

I would strongly not recommend staying here and would advise others to look another accommodation

Cons:

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The staff were extremely rude and showed zero customer service skills. In particular, some members of the staff were unhelpful and unwilling to assist with even basic requests.

Throughout our stay, none of the staff were cooperative, which made our holiday stressful and unpleasant. Instead of enjoying our vacation, we spent our time dealing with poor service and a lack of professionalism.
