Great hotel, lovely staff and in a perfect location
Pros:

Very friendly staff, particularly in the bar. Quality of food was very good. In a great location to get the tube. For a busy hotel there was hardly any noise at night.

Cons:

Stayed in a king size bedroom and it was a bit tight getting round the bed and the sink was quite small.

Pros:

Perfect for visiting Kensington gardens and not far from beautiful walks by the river.
Facilities were everything we needed for a short stay

Great location, good value, could be better
Pros:

Great location for the museums. Plenty of choice at breakfast, and the staff were all very friendly and polite.

Cons:

There was a musty smell in our room and felt like the ventilation wasn't great. We stayed in Rm 1018 which was directly above the automatic doors in the lobby so could hear them opening alot (it did stop at night) Couldnt hear the noise from the lobby though.

Always a joy to return.

Cons:

The lounge furniture is looking very warn, this furniture has been in place since Kensington s Spa OWNED THE HOTEL, thats how old it is, no springs left in the dining hall, my husband sank down, which we saw the funny side of, but it all needs a refurb now.

Perfect stay for our needs and would definitely stay again
Pros:

We could park our car and know that it was secure, easy to walk to Kensington and Chelsea, Sloane Square- we went for Chelsea in Bloom
