Good location but not clean enough for us
Pros:

We liked the location and reception area. The pool facilities were out of order so we wasn’t able to fully use them. The staff were all lovely although we did have to ask 3 times for our sheets to be changed.

Cons:

We checked in our room and there was blood on the sheets. We asked three times at reception to change the sheets and kept having to ask.

Disappointing
Pros:

The conceige was friendly and informative. The reception staff were friendly (when you’d eventually get to speak with them because they are very understaffed)

Cons:

The rooms are dusty, dirty and dated. Don’t even have usb ports. Staff don’t answer the phone (housekeeping and reception) When you go down to reception to speak with them or because of something you require from housekeeping, you have a long wait before anyone is available to speak with you. The breakfast was not good. I had the do not disturb sign on the door, but the male housekeeper unlocked the door and came in, he left in a hurry when I shouted out “hello!”
I won’t stay at this hotel ever again. They definitely aren’t deserving of their 4 star rating.

Ang tyst rum: ja,tyst då det låg mot en bakgård.
Tyvärr väldigt lyhört, hörde vad folk sa,hörde andras toaletter spolas.
Tv: n satt på väg så man såg den från sidan då man låg i sängen.
Positivt med fräsch pool.

Cons:

Mindre lyhört, bättre planerat rum så man placerat tv framför sängen.
Lägre pris då, priset ej va värd standard.

Ideally located and not far from the station. Easy walk to Kensington gardens.
Pros:

Comfortable and easy to get to what I needed to in the hotel.

Cons:

Expensive and the restaurant wasn’t open in the evening.
The breakfast was very expensive.

overpriced. poor condition
Cons:

room was hot, very noisy aircon didn't work. I booked 2 single beds and received one double bed. room was in poor condition. not acceptable for the price. pool was freezing cold

Great location with pool and gym
Pros:

Close to tube, quiet location, well equipped gym. Great breakfast and staff.

Cons:

Gym was too hot and would be good to know what time lessons are going on in the pool. No table in room was a pain as I was working all week.

Look forward to staying again!
Pros:

Great location, close to tube, staff were super helpful and incredibly pleasant. Facilities in room were good, had everything I needed. I was surprised how quiet it was .
