This was a decent hotel for one night but we have been to much nicer Embassy Suites before.
Pros:

-Separate living room and bedroom
-Breakfast included

Cons:

-could have been cleaner
-breakfast and pool were crazy with people
-very unruly kids in pool to the point it was almost unsafe

It was ok overall but wouldn’t go back there.
Pros:

Room was great and the lady serving at the bar was lovely, helpful and professional

Cons:

It was full of young kids (8 to 12 year olds est) who we think were attending inter club sports events.
The parents and hotel staff had no control over the kids so they used the hotel like a playground.
Don’t get me wrong, they seemed like great kids but not acting appropriately for the location.
Breakfast time was a joke. We were asked to queue up like school dinners!!
The reception staff were not that good compared to others we met during our road trip

Very dirty. Pool closed, elevators broken, room smelled like cigarette smoke. Staff not very helpful

Cons:

The hotel desperately needs updated and cleaned. All chairs, couches, carpets are visibly filthy dirty.

Would rather drive 2 more hours than stay again. The embassy suite near Pendleton is so nice and clean. Totally recommen
Cons:

The pool :( broken pool ladder/rail. Cloudy water that was so salty with so much yucky in it floating. Didn’t feel very safe either.

I like the space in the suite , the location and breakfast.

Cons:

I left a memorable blanket with all my kids pictures on it and I've called 4 times and no one has gotten back with me .

Our room was terrific. The breakfast was wonderful. Location was easy access to everything we wanted to do and the staff was very friendly

Cons:

We didn't notice areas that needed a little cleaned up. Nothing that cleaning and paint won't take care of.

I will use this location every-time I travel to Indianapolis proper.
Pros:

The overall experience completely surprised me and those who traveled with me. I have recommended that my organization use this hotel for all of our lodging needs when we travel to Indianapolis. Simply impressive!

Cons:

Honestly, I would've liked to have checked in earlier. Traveling from Chicago, I arrived in the afternoon and couldn't find much to do until 4. Maybe 2 or 3 would have been more satisfying.

Excellent! Highly recommend!
Pros:

Everything! The suites were large, comfortable, and clean. Beds were comfortable, the soap, lotion, shampoo, and conditioner smelled amazing, and the towels were fluffy. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was perfect; we were able to walk to dinner and even Costco! Breakfast was expansive and delicious! There is an evening manager's reception with free snacks and cookies. The pool was large and clean, and the Fitness Center was well equipped. The sound proofing in the rooms was exceptional also! Not only were we unable to hear the noise from the atrium, but there was a storm in the night and we could barely hear the rain and thunder. I highly recommend and would stay again if we are in the area!

Perfect for our needs. Great breakfast, facility, service and location.

Cons:

No shower curtain, room set for 4, not the five we had, no bedding for pullout bed. Called desk and all was delivered quickly!
