Everything! The suites were large, comfortable, and clean. Beds were comfortable, the soap, lotion, shampoo, and conditioner smelled amazing, and the towels were fluffy. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was perfect; we were able to walk to dinner and even Costco! Breakfast was expansive and delicious! There is an evening manager's reception with free snacks and cookies. The pool was large and clean, and the Fitness Center was well equipped. The sound proofing in the rooms was exceptional also! Not only were we unable to hear the noise from the atrium, but there was a storm in the night and we could barely hear the rain and thunder. I highly recommend and would stay again if we are in the area!

No shower curtain, room set for 4, not the five we had, no bedding for pullout bed. Called desk and all was delivered quickly!
Was very upset. How they handled things. People was screaming all night long out side in the hallways until 3-4 am
I called the front desk and nothing was done.

5 STARS. It was an amazing experience
The level of service and care is notable at this location. We stayed here after the Indy 500 and were very impressed by the friendly welcome by all the staff. What I appreciated most was the great communication by the staff - before the hospitality hour began, the bar manager came out to speak to guests, letting them know that they were allowing a little more time for race fans to arrive. Keeping guests informed was excellent - people just like to know that there's a plan, and so there was no grumbling
Nice area nice breakfast polite staff
The pool floor is so slippery. Not the appropriate tile for a pool area please remodel and put the correct tile in that area so many kids we were slipping hitting their heads and they weren’t even running can definitely cause a concussion.
