Perfect for a short stay.
Pros:

We had a family emergency and got into DCA at 2am. They had a room ready. With a friendly staff member checking us in. Room was ample and clean.

Cons:

Took a bit to get the hot water. Otherwise it was pretty much perfect

School Group Success
Pros:

Took school group here. Everything was great. Front desk was so accommodating. Chef at breakfast was a master. Abdel in catering was superb. Rooms were clean. Kids were safe. Really great stay with no worries.

Shelter from the storm
Pros:

My travel day was a mess… stuck in an airport for 10+ hours after multiple weather delays and my luggage getting completely soaked by monsoon rain. This hotel was a much-needed reprieve from the chaos, was comfortable, had a wonderful breakfast the next morning, with an extremely friendly cadre of staff.

FNU THE Best!!!
Pros:

We arrived here and we immediately encountered FNU the bell hop. He was amazing, funny and very helpful. Ive never encountered such great customer service with this guy. We had so much luggage in our group and he handled it liked a champ. Thank you FNU

We come every 6 months to visit a relative at Arlington
Pros:

Breakfast is always cold or Luke warm especially the pancakes

Cons:

Parking. Don’t like parking underground though I know space is at a premium. I think $50 a night is outrageous. It always goes up

Great stay- slightly old but really spacious. Amazing breakfast omelette. Great experience with the concierge!

FNU was so helpful. Had to store my baggage a couple of times and he assisted promptly always and with a smile. It’s the little things that make the hotel stays friendly

Pros:

Fnu went out of his/her way to help with luggage storage and made sure I had the shuttle schedule sorted before I even had to ask. Small things, but they made a real difference. That’s the kind of attentiveness that makes a stay memorable. Highly recommend asking for Fnu if you need anything handled efficiently and with a smile.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

I would NOT stay again/Don't recommend
Pros:

Hotel location is good, on a walkable distance from the subway station and also from the airport. There are also some coffee and food shops nearby that you can reach by foot. The room is spacious.

Cons:

The water flow in the bathroom sink and shower is laughable, almost non-existent; washing your face or your hands require a TON of patience and effort. The room is noisy, you can hear the noise from the cars on the streets nearby all the time and you will also hear noise from other guests in the common areas and corridors - it seems like a quite busy hotel and from the room you can hear plenty. No silence at all. Hygiene in the breakfast area is concerning and most of the food options are way too greasy. Overall a disappointing experience.
